Traffic noise was louder than to be expected and the male working the front desk was not very friendly. When I let him know that we had taken the last of one of the breakfast items, he appeared to be bothered that I interrupted him eating while at the check-in desk. Another parent had left some technology equipment in the breakfast area and when he inquired about them, the gentlemen did pass along the information to the manager but again was not very receptive.

The bed and ac were very comfortable.

On the first night we did find a roach. We caught it and flushed it down. We told the overnight worker. He moved us to another room then the next day we found another in the bathroom. We didn't report the second one because we weren't fond of the idea of switching rooms again. After the second one we didn't encounter another.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Will definitely stay here again

The guy at the front desk was really rude, cocky, and disrespectful. It appeared that he was very frustrated with us because the strip on the card didn't work too good, resulting in us having to use another card. When we walked off, we realized it was because he was on the phone with his airpods in his ear. By the time we showered and got ready to leave for some hours, he was sitting in the lobby with the lights off, feet on the chair, on the phone again.

The location was perfect. All the staff of great except one person. She didn't know what she was doing. When I booked a extra two nights, instead of her going by my booking.com reservations. She charged me the rate from the hotel rates. She double charged my card and took extra money out of my account. I'm a home veteran who just got a job last week and I'm trying to save what little money I have to get back on my feet

The breakfast was really well done. The potatoes were crispy but not over seasoned like most hotels. I liked the salsa too.

It was a great emergency stay

The second shift staff was so friendly, well they all were but the second shift saw us more they treated us like family, striking up conversations and interacting with the kids.

Specifically booked there for the pool and hot tub but when we got there didn't have it available. The staff was great they apologized and told us about all the awesome things we could do with our kids, the service was amazing. Will book again with them.

Quite n clean

Safety when you step out in the back . I was approached by a homeless man. Who was carrying multiple sticks telling me that the lord told me to purchase him a room. Not feeling comfortable I walk around where I seen more guess .

The bathroom door didn’t stay shut so it couldn’t lock. The pillows were not good at all

Friendly clerk at front desk with easy check-in (we were allowed to check in early without a fee). Room was Very clean; Comfortable bed/pillows. Grab bag breakfast and coffee available.

It was clean and comfortable. Location was okay. In a quiet area. Roads in and out seem a little strange to navigate.

Breakfast ran out of food.
