No breakfast, but I already knew that. It would be nice if a microwave was in the room because I buy sandwiches at the 7 Eleven for breakfast. I do like that my room was cleaned after being there one day. This is my favorite motel 6 in Irving.

No Microwave

Polite, helpful people. I drive tractor trailer over the road. They are close to my terminal and I stay here whenever I have to do my reset. They have room for me to park since I don’t have to bring a trailer.

I did like the location and the bus stop was really close. They didn't offer breakfast only coffee but there was a Waffle house by the hotel. The 7-Eleven was across the street and I was able to get what I needed.

The noice from the room on top of mine and no microwave

Beds/pillows extra comfortable(especially for someone with back/neck injuries. Lighting outside. TV/cable/wi-fi. Up dated room. Cleanliness (minus just a couple of things) but extremely happy. Owners very nice. Will stay again. Price

The headboard on one of the beds had bubble gum stuck on one of the corners of it. Not pleasing especially now during COVID-19. Towel holder by sink needed to be wiped out there was dust and hair in it. Overall cleanliness was excellent. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable especially for someone with back and neck injuries (which I have). Wi-fi is great. TV/stations are wonderful. Lighting in parking lot is exceptional. Will stay there again if I'm ever in the Irving, tx area

Easy check in and parking right outside my door. The room was exceptionally clean.

This place has always been good to me, easy check in good value, great customer service, friendly, accomadating, comfortable, safe, great location, spacious rooms, no bugs, hot water, easy parking

Honestly I don't think there is anything they need to improve. Y'all are doing a fantastic job keep it up.

Room was very nice and clean. Also it was in a perfect area, 7-11 across the street and a popeyes and waffle house and whataburger surrounding.

I like the convenience of having restaurants near the location and the fact that they had 7-Eleven gas station next to the hotel

The convenience of everything and how easy it was to get all the things I needed including food to eat how convenient it was for me

The bed was good. The room was clean.

The water outflow volume from the sink and shower was very low like they limited it due to the drought. The taxes on the room fee is very high.
