The room was nice and clean. The staff were very nice also. Bed was very comfortable too.

Other guests in room beside me with children got there at 2am and kids were screaming and running around their room until 4am . And the guests above me also had children that were screaming and running back and forth across the room 2 of the days & nights I was staying there. Probably a better idea for the Shilo to put families on bottom floor and all in one area of rooms in hotel. And put couples and single travelers at the opposite end of hotel on the top floor so we wouldn't have to hear all the noise and not be able to get sleep or be woke up.

Room was nice size. Staff was exceptional. Helped out with everything we needed!

Carpet need’s shampooing and it was fraying by closet. Needed to get more towels and washcloths. For 2 people for 5 days, we only had 2 towels.

They made checking in and checking out very easy. I was able to do the late check in like I needed to. They also Included the extra pillows I requested which was nice.

That the key cards didn't work two different times and that It doesn't seem like the late check in was communicated with the front desk, because they had to get the GM to double check that I was even authorized for the late check out with no fee, and made sure I knew they were doing a favor, even though it was an option for me to request at booking and had an email showing the hotel had approved the request

Everything about the facility was so wonderful. The beds were comfy. The room was already cooled off when we arrived which in central Texas is a must because its SOOOO hot during May. The room was very clean and spacious.

There were only 2 towels. We registered for 5 people so ask for your towel before you go to your room. Breakfast was a total BUST. 1st they told us it started at 7am. Then it wasn't available until 730. All that was offered was oatmeal, some sort of bacon product, in the shape of bacon but not ACTUAL bacon, bread with no toaster and colored water they called coffee. The restaurant that is attached said they open at 8am but it closed so we ended up going somewhere else.

Housekeeping lady was very rude when was told that I placed trash in the trashcan On her cart she was gave a very ugly look towards me wasn’t very nice at all other than that I will come back again love the room staff front desk front desk there and families I have met there enjoyed myself

The room was clean and quiet, No problems

I would like to have had a good breakfast. I had to putchase water to have with my small breakfast, You shouldn't have to purchase water for breakfast. And the breakfast was not the best. Maybe the restaurant should be open for breakfast or have breakfast like the Hampton Inns. I haven't stayed at the Hampton in Killeen, so I am not sure if they have good breakfast. Breakfast is important to me. Oh it's the Embassy Suites I am thinking about and the Hilton Garden Inn. Get the breakfast situation straight.

The facilities were great! It was clean, quiet and the staff went above and beyond! My daughters iron levels dropped at one point and staff was quick to accommodate by providing her a snack and OJ to bring the levels back up.

There was not anything that dissatisfied me! The whole experience was exceptional!

We loved the heated hot tub! It was very relaxing. Bed was very comfortable and sheets were clean.

Outdoor hot tub was out of order with no caution signs or area marked off. Door was not locked to the area. Very dangerous for kids or people who were not paying attention since area outside was not lit up.

The Martini and Jazz lounge was great. The staff was exceptional 👏. And the shuttle driver was very friendly and made me feel like a friend.
