The location is unmatched. Check-in is hassle free. The room I was given was clean for the most part, smelled clean and had a great temperature.

The attention to details. The coffeemaker was inoperative (and dirty), and so did the free wifi. I even called the front desk to inquire and was shut down with a "yes, it does" to my "wifi isn't working". Was assured someone would "check it" and never did. They just couldn't care less about my request. And at 630 in the morning there was already no coffee at breakfast. What?!? That's breakfast 101!!!

Very easy to check in, get into room and very relaxing rooms. The ice machine was working properly which is a big plus for a very hot city like Laredo. Bathtub was comfy and the room fridge was really cold.

Bathrooms were missing some floor trim pieces, had cracks in the ceiling and the shower wall had a crack in a corner too, nothing to roun your experience other than making you think that maybe there is something else not take care of that you are not seeing.

Room excellent. Breakfast nice. Bed excellent…some noise early morning by the San Bernardo ST and 35 HWY, but no problem with that.

The person who attended me upon my arrival informed me that my payment had not been made to the hotel directly and I had to give her my credit card again but finally everything was resolved with no additional charge to my card. Booking had already charged my card the day before my arrival. Some confusion but your representative was able to resolve it. Thank you.

Breakfast is bad. Don't fall for "Breakfast included"! Low sense of security. Service road motel wirh open parking is bad choice for first time travelers.

Considering that it is in my hometown, I was kind of like skeptical of how good the property would be, and it was overall really good. Super random, but what I liked the most about the room was the sheets, they did not feel cheap like other hotels I’ve been.

It was very quiet for how downtown it was. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

I didn't really like how far we had to park our car from the window of our room. There was a lot of activity in the parking lot and it made me nervous because we had a car carrier on top of our car with our things in it.

Love the three beds is very convenient and can’t find that else where.

Restroom door wouldn’t lock, the privacy lock on the front door was not working and the air conditioner’s from the room you had to be careful not to touch it because the top would fall off.

The room is fine, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is small but OK. There was s a mini bar and a micro wave oven which was a good surprise. The smart tv new and big, with several streaming platforms available. The staff was friendly.

The stair (and specially under) was full of trash, and the floor of the halls to get to the room were very dirty. Almost made me turn around and look for another hotel, because I thought the room was going to as the outside.

We were assigned room upstairs but we able to change to the ground floor the very next day.

Pool area was dirty. Night clerks were moody.

The fact there was a boil water order in place and I was not informed about it upon checking in. Drank three cups of water prior to seeing the boil your water on the news.
