I have found that Quality Inn is a very satisfying brand of motel. Reasonable price for what u get. The place was very clean and neat. The breakfast bar had sausage patties, Texas shaped waffles, eggs and toast etc. Coffee was hot and good. The bed linens, pillows, and mattress was very comfortable and the HVAC worked nicely. The frig did not have a freezer unit but we put the freezer packs against the back of the unit and they stayed frozen for the cooler. It’s a nice feeling that there is 24 hr staff. Parking lot was very well lit and safe. It was raining when we left and when we backed up as close as possible to the door, the trunk was shielded from rain.

Room 109. The sink had a slight crack in it. Still functioned just fine. The dead bolt would not engage from the inside. It did have a door lock latch over that worked as a back up security. I really value a good lock on a motel door.

We stayed five nights while visiting family. The cost was very reasonable and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was the same each day: scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt. We appreciated breakfast being included. The shower was great! The cleaning g staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is right off I-20 so convenient and easy to get to.

The toilet seat wouldn’t stay up for my husband … it didn’t fit the toilet well.

Other than the incident with the rude housekeeper, everything was wonderful. Also, can you guys push the hours back for breakfast.

Everything was wonderful until the end. As we were leaving the hotel checking out we encountered an employee who was very rude!! We said good morning several times, assuming she didn't hear us we said it again and once more, she totally ignored us. I'm not sure what her job title is but she's a young white woman and she was removing bags out the rooms & putting bags into her car. Our son is a student at ETBU and plays football for the college so we will be traveling there alot. This employee (woman) may need 2 take classes to learn how to be humble herself.

The road in front of the motel was under construction and the motel itself was plain, but I honestly have to say my room was the most immaculate motel room I have ever stayed in...no smells, absolutely spotless....I was traveling alone and felt very safe...I will absolutely stay there again...

The lady at the front desk was awesome I forgot to get her name but she let us check in when we got there because we had to be with family for private viewing

The breakfast could have been better

Staff was nice friendly and welcoming. Room itself was clean bathtub, toilet and sink clean and without stains. Room didn’t smell of any odors, tv worked and came with fridge and microwave. Bed was comfy and location pretty quiet at night. They also offer a simple cold breakfast with your stay in which I did not eat. And the pool was clean and open for use. Ice machine worked as well.

But there where several Stains on the comforter really grossed me out. Makes me think bedspread not washed only the sheets. If that’s the case they should invest in duvets.

I don’t remember the clerks name that checked me in. She was Caucasian, short, brown hair and brown eyes. She was professional and very nice the moment I walked in. It was very pleasant after a long drive. That little gal made my day. The accommodations were on point like it was mentioned on the reviews. Nothing fancy, but my room was clean, everything worked and the bed was very comfortable 😊👍. On both nights I had a good night sleep after taking care of business. On my next business trip to the area I will certainly stay in this hotel. I have stayed in a couple of other supposedly higher quality hotels close by, but I was disappointed ☹️. The only thing I can further say is please keep it the same and I’ll return.

I LOVED the comfortable beds. Very fluffy and awesome to sink into. I definitely enjoyed the cold air and the wonderful hot shower. My room was clean and comfortable and just what I was expecting. The location is great, not very noisy at all. The property was clean and the staff friendly. I will definitely book here again, however I will leave my laundry at home next time hahaha

I did not appreciate that the guest laundry was so expensive. $6.00 to wash and dry ONE load of laundry is extremely high. If it was a double washer it would be understandable, but just one load for that amount is just unreasonable. Also, there is false/misinformation on the website concerning the breakfast....I understand that due to the covid pandemic, continental breakfast cannot be offered, however it should state that on the website. One of the stipulations I searched for in my stay was a free hot breakfast and one was not offered here.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was delicious and we liked that the waffles were in the shape of Texas. The location was great.

The price was steep for a one night stay
