The room was great. Very pleasant. Loved the shower. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great communication. Nice facilities and good location. We didn't take advantage of the coupons, but it was nice to have them. The air conditioning was top notch.

We had to ask for extra towels both days. We had four people, but they only gave us three towels. The TV wasn't plugged in in one of the rooms, so we had to have maintenance come by, which they did promptly. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We had to have housekeeping bring a blanket for it. The pool was a madhouse of screaming children, but that was probably peculiar to it being Memorial Day Weekend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Restroom was clean and big. My wife wish there was a place to sit in the shower so she could shave her legs.

Breakfast was ok. The sausage was dry. There was no bacon at the buffet. Though the staff was friendly, they really didn't explain how we could order eggs any way we wanted, or how to order pancakes.

Breakfast was fantastic. The bedroom was nice and the beds were comfortable. The shower had great pressure and the towels were soft!!!

The living area seemed a bit small. I don't know if room sizes vary from city to city or if there's bigger rooms, but I don't remember feeling like that in my several stays at Embassies throughout my life. The tiles in half of the room (same ones as in the bathroom) made the first impression of the suite somewhat less fancy.

I didn't get to have the breakfast because I woke up late both days. The location is awesome, there is so much right next door.

The room service options were not very good. And the food was not good either. It was ok, but it was better in the past when it was the Border Grill.

The breakfast was incredible. Most hotels have generic fast breakfast, but your hotel had a tremendous array of selections, and the food was fantastic. The happy hour complementary two drinks was a real treat. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

There is nothing you can do better the hotel is running efficiently. Keep up the good work. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I’m in this area.

We have stayed at many hotels in McAllen over the years and this could be the best. Rooms are spacious and pristine. It has the best facilities and the breakfast offers eggs a la carte. It even has three elevators, which might be a first in this city!

Everything was great. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

I love the happy hours and the free breakfasts they are amazing and the staff the best of the best the music on Friday nights very entertaining and enjoyable thank you all for being you and giving the best to your clients

Didn’t like the sofa bed , it didn’t have pillows or a comforter so we have to go downstairs and get it in the middle of the night when we realized it. The kids said that pancakes were NOT included in the continental breakfast which is their favorite part when having breakfast in hotels .

Close to everything

There was a mixup when we got there and they gave us the wrong room and when we told them there was no apology just here is your room keys. I understand stuff happens but at least apologize.

Breakfast is great and happy hour is a classic, I remember happy hour from previous location when I was a kid <3 and now I see my kids enjoy it with friends
