I liked the room. It was updated. The bums hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed threw me off a little but besides that it was ok. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. I paid a little over $60 for the room by booking online and that is a reasonable price.

Bums hanging around outside and going up to my room and knocking on my door then he hung out in the parking lot next to my truck and was smoking weed. He didn't bother my truck. I left the door to it open all night and nobody stole anything from it.

Loved that MCALLEN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (MFE) is close to shopping mall and uber and local taxi are available! enjoy the walks to and from to do some shopping local area and eating out places with tasty seafood. Evening, breezy walks, under the moon were great selfie pictures. Then perfect with Texas heat, a dip in the pool was perfect to cool down. Housekeeping were very attentive and respectful! Thank You ladies!

Breakfast was not offered so that is down fall. While walking to and from, maybe to certain windy days, garbage would fly into pool area. Did pick up and placed in garbage but maybe staff can do some TLC to property!

It's perfectly fine for the price they gives me the opportunity to go eat out the way I want and it's very Central to everything if you want to walk to places you can do so there's a Denny's very close to there and a Whataburger and a Burger King a Subway forget it there's an array of things to do and there's also a protein shake shop right on the corner oh and HEB is only a couple blocks away prime area to just chill

The rooms could be a little colder hopefully now that it's been bought out by Oyo they can fix this

Well, may be, a little more of better ac! The ac unit off button was bad! A better sink faucet watter running! A bit of bad odor or, sewing odor! Not even a small cup of coffee offered! The staff is super friendly and always very helpful. any concern I may have is quickly resolved. Best place to stay anywhere in McAllen whether your quickly passing or looking for a prolonged stay. Always affordable great location. Always feel safe and secure.

What I didn't like is yet to come........

It was pretty chill. The manager was real nice. Some of the housekeepers were a bit rude but other then that it was chill and comfortable. My Kids and husband had a great time.

It would be better if some workers weren't rude. I kept getting dirty looks from a housekeeper.

No breakfast here. But the ladies have been polite. Not a 5 star obviously but I've been pretty comfy.

Soda machines in lobby ALWAYS out of order and the WiFi suffers here at this location. OYO fix this please.

All in all the property is in good shape and serves its purpose. Nothing fancy, but the location is unbeatable.

The room looked dated, but it was ok for just staying the night.
