Breakfast was amazing!! Loooved every bit of it! My favorite was the seasoned potatoes and sausages. Yummy!! Bed was so comfortable, room was clean and cozy! I love the side door, it was so easy to get to my car and back inside without having to go around the front.

The noise. People beside us were up and going at midnight while we were trying to sleep with my 10month old. Slamming the microwave- talking so loud it felt like they were in our room. I don’t think they knew how loud they were, My husband and I almost got up to ask them to lower their volume. (Not sure how that would of gone) But We heard their entire conversations. Made it hard to sleep in my cozy, comfy bed. But we managed.

Location was good, it lived up to the Hampton Standards kind of.

On Sunday we left the room at 7:00AM to go have breakfast and upon our return Housekeeping entered our room and threw away some of our belongings that was packed nicely in a bag and a few things we left in the fridge. Checkout is at 12 Noon…but they saw fit to check us out at 7AM. We had fruit and other stuff that we were planning to take with us and a few drinks we purchased the night before…all thrown away by housekeeping. This made us very angry…we were very disappointed about this development.

The check in. Reservation had been made on Booking.com. Upon check-in I was informed my reservation had been canceled. I inquired why and was informed the credit card for reservation was invalid. I informed the manager that if there was a problem they should have called me. Apparently an email was sent while I was traveling to the hotel. Bottom line is I ended up making a new reservation which resulted in a rate $40.00 higher than the original reservation.

I could not believe how huge our room was- a nice desk, sitting area - several mirrors other than bathroom to do hair in etc, and it was absolutely immaculate- the shower and all of it looked brand new. Was not expecting that at all and super pleased!!! Liked that the extras- the soaps and shampoos were all large in size and not tiny bottles or difficult to tear packets.

Maybe some fresh fruit and non dairy milk options like soy, oat or almond milk for coffee:) It was a little expensive due to it being parents weekend - in my opinion - but I understand wanting to capitalize on that.

The staff are excellent! They know their jobs and they are willing to go beyond doing just enough to say they did what was required. The staff are helpful and friendly! We booked only one night at first so we could check the motel out.and see if it was still a good place to stay. We had stayed her before but it has been a couple of years since then and a motel can go down hill fast if the staff are not well managed.

We tried the shower gel the have mounted in the shower and it does work but it isn't something I would like to use. I bring my own for that reason. They are a great place to stay. Take to book online. It saves work all around . I use a company called Bookin.com

We were so pleasantly surprised at all of the remodeling that was done to the hotel. We booked our room way in advance due to our daughter graduating in Dec. and we know all the rooms in Nacogdoches book quickly. So when we arrived, we were so very happy to see all the upgrades. Amanda checked us in and she recognized that we had my 85 yr old Mom, and placed us in a handicap room without me asking for it. I was so appreciative of the pro-activeness on her part. The breakfast bar was excellent and the coffee bar was placed in the perfect place out-of-the way and available 24/7. Great Job everyone!

our night light in the bathroom didn't work, unless I didn't know how to turn it on? not sure, but everything else was excellent!

Awesome room, very clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was delicious 😋.

Didn't get the room I reserved, elevator was out, had 2 handicap persons who couldn't climb stairs. Had to take a room on 1st floor with only 1 bed and a sleeper couch. Only staying 1 night so it was ok.

Breakfast was perfect. The hotel is new and the lighting was amazing. The only downfall was that the bathroom sink water pressure was extremely weak. The layout of the rooms is wonderful with privacy when opening and closing the door. I never heard another guest. I was pleased 10+

Bed was so comfortable. Pillows were great. Plenty hot water and the whirlpool was nice. Round the clock coffee in the lobby was wonderful and the breakfast was good. Preferred a tub with shower, but the shower was spacious.

The towels and washrags were very stiff and scratchy to the skin. The pool was dirty and small.

The breakfast was just ok. I appreciated having some options though! The room and bathroom were great, the ice maker was located in a great spot and it was nice. Location was fantastic, beautiful woods around!
