We loved it, stayed for 2 nights everything is good just very near to all actions regarding with tourist's spots just 10 mins to Comal tubing and Guadalupe river, 30 min to San Antonio and Austin to shopping center and nice restaurants. My family enjoyed it very much.

We love everything, location's perfect the price is affordable plus breakfast is really good. We definitely go back in 2 months. Absolutely recommend.

The only downside was how early the breakfast bar shut down. We arrived at 9:35 and it was locked up. They said they stopped serving at 9:30. Somewhere, It probably said that, BUT I have never stayed at a place that served breakfast that wasn’t open until at least 10:00 am. Very disappointed. Breakfast was one of the reasons we picked this hotel.

I loved that check out was at 12 pm ! It was clean and cozy in the room as well ! Love the location and staff was greeting and very nice

Only thing id suggest is putting toilet paper in the restroom we got there and it was almost empty lol I had to ask for a new one . The breakfast was ok ! Wasn't bad but wasn't the best ! The pool could have been a little cleaner as well

we had to leave the hotel we originally booked in the middle of the night because it was so disgusting. (Travelodge NB) after a quick search i booked us a room for the night at this hotel. it was amazing!! i should have booked here the first time around. it was everything the website said it would be!

the carpet needs to be replaced in the halls and by elevator, there’s only one elevator and it’s janky.

- Size of room and was very clean - looked like it was just repainted or had new finishes. - pool was a nice place to burn some down time hours

- we stayed in room 422 and there was a rhythmic noise coming from either roof top equipment or a/c unit - we could not figure it out but did distract us when trying to sleep - I expected more from the breakfast menu but coffee was ok

Breakfast was good and fresh- great variety. Front staff were very friendly. Room was very clean, great large bathroom countertop and beds were roomy and comfortable. Accomodated 4 adults really well. Overall great value

Not in the centre of town but didn’t matter to us as we had a hire car. Tap for the shower was a bit wobbly and I was worried it might break but it operated fine. Air conditioning system was a bit loud

I'm on home dialysis and it runs while I'm asleep. When I woke up there was dialysis fluid on the floor. I was very upset and went to the desk apologizing. They didn't bat an eye. Housekeeper was there in 5 min. What great service!

Better selection of snacks. Would have liked fruit and protein bars, yougurt.

The location was central to everything we needed or wanted. The staff was very lovely, comma the food was great with lots of options.

Children were rowdy at the pool area. I know it's cool areas but we were seated in an area that we could smoke and drink kind of and teenagers kept jumping in an slashing us. There were teenagers also running up-and-down the stairs in the morning banging on people's doors. The staff took action right away.

The room layout was good, with a separate living area from the bedroom. With bathroom in between really separated those areas.

The staff wasn't able to keep up with breakfast demands, many things were out when we got there for breakfast, and they were trying to replenish.

It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great location, close to outlets, Gruene and both rivers.

Disappointed that there is still no hot breakfast. I know other places are at least wrapping sausage biscuits in foil to go. Also there is no coffee in the lounging area past the breakfast hours. Also there were blood stains on the pull out couch mattress and the plug in the bathtub would not go down. Other than that everything else was great and we would definitely stay here again.
