The breakfast was excellent. The place is new and well maintained. Everything works.
I was a little aggravated by the unexpected $7.00 parking fee. There is plenty of parking. Walmart doesn't charge me a parking fee, why should Holiday Inn Express? Odessa is not in Manhattan. Also the corners in the bathroom on the floor, near the tub need a little extra work where the dirt piled up from mopping (the room was clean otherwise).

The room was very clean, you can smell clean. It is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The cleaning ladies did an awesome job. Definitely will be staying there again.

Warm welcome from the staff. Very clean rooms. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Loved that they had Dove products available.
The only issue was the ice machine didn't work on our floor.

Water barely came out of sink faucet, but shower was good pressure. The mold in corners can be scrubbed off with some elbow grease.

The staff both at check-in and check-out we're extremely friendly and fun. Will definitely come back to this hotel!
There was not a single place in my room to plug in my USB to charge my phone. Not a huge issue, but in this day and age that just seems ridiculous.

The property was very secured, the room was very spacious, and super clean.
We could hear the cars/trucks on I-20, but I felt that pulling down both of the curtains helped a little.

My family and I stopped at this Holiday Inn Express for the night and we had a wonderful time. Danny at the front desk checked us in and answered any questions. He was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you! The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was from 6:30- 9:30am. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend staying here when in Odessa.
