Soft, pillows, clean etc

Wasn't sure on the card that was about "safety tips" that was in the room. Made us feel uneasy , maybe there were bruglaries in the area. And the cable!! HORRIBLE it came in and out. Wasn't able to see the baseball game!! I suggest in getting dish network. With the prices being charged that will definitely cover the cost. Would of gave it a 10 plus, except for the cable. Staff was soooo friendly. Very very welcoming.

The room is very big and comfortable and had a lot of space. Also Sonic is right next door I just walked next door to get supper.

Parking, if you have a big truck and trailer you'll have to park way off to the one side where you can't see anything all night long just make sure you take everything out of your vehicle.

Everything!! Friendliest staff! We broke down in Ozuna and manager allowed late checkout and for us to hang out in the lobby while our vehicle was being worked on. Thank you all so much for such EXECEPTIONAL HOSPITALITY!!!!

Liz at the front desk was AWESOME! Booking.com totally dropped the ball on our reservation... but Liz saved the day and got us in a room!! And when we arrived at the hotel, she was so sweet and empathetic about the situation!! We highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Ozona, TX... but we DON'T recommend Booking.com!!

Booking.com totally dropped the ball. We called the hotel from the road to confirm our booking. They did not have any reservations for us or anything from Booking.com about our reservation. We tried contacting you guys, but I was on hold FOREVER with NO answer... and NO response from the chat. Fortunately, the hotel had a room available and we were able to book directly with them. If they wouldn't have had a room available, we would have been SOL, as there aren't very many options in town. I don't know what happened... I don't know if it was a problem with your system or theirs... but the ball was dropped somewhere. Horrible first experience with Booking.com!! 2 thumbs WAY down!!

Breakfast staff was superb. Popcorn was yummy.

Just location, picked up subs in Fort Stockton to make sure we had dinner but that’s the way it is along parts of Texas & NM.

Breakfast was good! I appreciated the prepared oatmeal, and the turkey sausage. Staff was very helpful when I had trouble with my room key. Also, assisted me with connecting to wifi which is tricky if you have an iPhone. Room was very comfy and clean.

Breakfast was just enough to get me through the long drive. Staff *Daisy....amazing....All staff was extremely friendly.

Everything was so nice. The breakfast was sooo good. The staff is amazing. They treated us amazing with having a Dog for the Wonded Warriors. And a Service dog in training. They room was so comfortable especially the bed.

The hot breakfast and all day coffee were a plus. Breakfast had a lot of options and changed daily during our two night stay. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Room was super clean and comfortable. All good!

The girl at the front desk when we checked in was exceptional. The lady at .breakfast was also exceptional. The food was excellent.

There was nothing I didn't like.
