Positive vibes and very pleasant to conversate with and easy to approach front desk clerk with my stressful situation and managed to navigate me through my issues with such good vibes all around and i left with the biggest smile. The woman in the morning shift who works the front desk is super over the top 10 thumbs up and has perfect display of great customer service and good hospitality. Thank you .

I liked everything . If i must find something i would say the size of the tv could be slightly bigger to me but that is only me just picking at stuff cause i was 100% covered with good feelings and all smiles.

Everything the service was great no one bothered us the pool was clean had a great time.

Parking was really tight. Came in late from a get together and cars were parked out on line and there was one single spot.

Provided easy access to lots of fun things to do...not to mention quite the variety of places to eat!

Nothing to complain about whatsoever! The hotel rooms were clean & well stocked. The staff was very attentive in complying with requests. The breakfast was good too....the kids enjoyed the pool.

Breakfast could have been better. Pancake maker was broken. Not much variety to choose from.

biker shop on one side which was loud during the days sometimes, but staff did accommodate me in a room swap

I like the size of the room it was very comfortable

the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke on the second floor the smell was horrible the face towels fell to pieces while bathing

The bed was amazing and the staff was wonderful.

The ac was not on when we arrived and it took a long time to cool off the room. We are under a heat wave and it was to hot

The room was well lit, had a large shower with very good water pressure, room had a mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker too. The bed was super comfortable, plenty of pillows too.

My only complaint is that the room initially smelled a little strange. Not exactly bad, but it seemed to go away after a while.

Staff was amazing. Very respectful and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant

Breakfast was disappointing, no meat or eggs. They need A better variety. They offered waffles, pancakes, blueberry muffins yogurt and oatmeal. All carbs.

The front desk attendants were outstanding. The friendliness was the most inviting feature. The other guests seemed to all be friendly. The beds are very comfy.

The owner was a little hard nosed rather than inviting. He did accept my schedule which made up for things. I didn’t like the limited access to the rear of the building.
