The room was much larger than I expected, and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was good.

While the room smelled fresh and clean, there was a funky smell in the hallway. The room showed signs of age and wear, such as frayed carpet at the entryway. I went down to get coffee about 4:00 in the morning and a young lady was putting out breakfast. I went back down a little closer to 5:00 and got some eggs and sausage because I was starving. The young lady gave me a hard time because breakfast wasn't until 6:00. Since the food was already out, I didn't think it was necessary to accost a guest about eating early. I think retraining on customer service might be helpful, otherwise don't put out breakfast 2 hours before breakfast time.

I thought the breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh and hot coffee was very nice. Also had the waffles eggs, potatoes, and sausage. The fruit was very nice refilled in a timely manner with smiles, and happy to serve. Staff was amazing.

I stayed an extra day because I was having such a great time it was business and I had my family spend time in Galveston. The staff make sure they were comfortable while I was in meetings could not have been better.

The hotel was in a great location. Not far from the Churches that I attended. The restaurant and stores were close. I needed to have my tires aired up,and Discount Tires were close to the hotel.

When I returned from my outing on the 12th of November. My room key didn't work,so I had to go downstairs and have them to reactivate the key.

Well I like the fact that there was no surprises at the front desk like someone telling me after I've driven for hours that I need to pay a deposit on the room😁

I know everyone has to do this but I hate having to fill in and authorization form makes me feel like I'm just exposing everything that is very private to me but it's just one of those things you have to do🤨

my room wasn’t cleaned when I went out, I asked the housekeeper for towels never got them had to go to the service desk the lady said she would bring them, but never did so I went back to ask for the towels she was sitting down have lunch with her parents

This is my second day at a La Quinta Wyndham and no luck with the remote controls to watch TV, my stay in Pearland Texas I call the desk and they could not make the remote connect to the TV and it was late in the evening and they were going to send someone in the morning and they did not.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Once the noisy family in the room above us was relocated our stay was better.

Don't place a family with little kids in a room above seniors. Our first night was terrible. We were up all night.

The breakfast was always available during the times listed and in good quantities. The staff was always attentive to the need of keeping the items supplied

As we stayed for a 2 1/2 week period, maybe a variety of meat but still overall satisfied with the variety of other items

Staff was very pleasant and Knowledgeable. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well done.

Bathroom fixtures were not in the best of shape. Toilet seat was loose. Had trouble turning off the faucet. Not much water pressure for the shower. Room #117
