The breakfast attendant did a GREAT job at making sure there was plenty of food but not so much that it had been sitting out for a long time either. Food options left everyone in my family with full bellies and smiles on our faces.

The first room we were given seemed like it was running down and not being updated adequately when things needed replacing. Then we figured out the heater wasn't working. Luckily the staff quickly found us another room on the floor above us and it had a much different feel to it than the first one. We all felt much more comfortable there and it wasn't just because it was warm, lol.

BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD. STAFF VERY ACCOMODATING. HAD TO EXTEND STAY DUE TO DEATH OF PERSON I WAS VISITING WHICH WAS VERY UNSETTLING BUT ACCOMODATIONS WERE CHANGED TO LET ME STAY 1 ADDITIONAL NIGHT

MAINTENANCE WORKERS WORKING ON FLOOR AT SEEMINGLY 6 30-7 30

I liked being on the first floor, in fact, the first room. The only drawback is that I was told the hotel is still under remodeling and as a result, there was not a closet in my room. However, a laundry rack was provided to hang my clothes. GREAT BREAKFAST SELECTION!!! THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD.

Some items appear to be re-used, for example doors and desks.

Breakfast and location. Nice lobby area.

None of the outlets would hold a phone charger in place. All were too loose. Shower head needs replacing or get the hard water deposits out so it works on a full stream. High price, even through 3rd party booking.

Room was very comfortable, Kerrigan-style coffee pot in room and good coffee at breakfast; waffles and hot eggs, breakfast meat. Staff was very good and hotel clean.

close to almost all outlets for food! very safe have to have key card to get in from any part of hotel that isn’t the front! staff don’t bug and bug and bug absolutely loved it!

The breakfast was the bomb...... It was great to come to the hotel each morning after my shift and have a great breakfast and the to bed. Also it was quiet during the day so i could sleept.

The staff was superb. Very helpful, very kind, very patient. I was in town for a whirlwind weekend of dealing with an urgent family matter, and the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating. I'm so so so glad I stayed at this hotel. Thank you so much to the staff!!!

outstanding content, cleanliness, and cordial reception by the wonderful lady who takes care of the area...she was a delight and most dedicated to us having an excellent breakfast experience....

fan in bathroom did not work; bathtub drain system needed repair or replacement; do not like dogs in my living room...this may cause us not to stay there anymore; ac system was dripping...

Everything was very clean. The breakfast was good. Employees were friendly and courteous. The room was large & nice.

The building was being worked on and so construction people were all over the place.
