The pool was clean and warm, hot tub was relaxing. , The laundry is 24 hours which is great but $2 a load. The bar/restaurant was great. The wings were tender and the Paloma perfect! My kids and I loved the snack station, the room was a great size, breakfast buffet had a little of everything. Lastly all the staff (especially the bartender and chef) and the atmosphere was amazing.

1 of the washers was out of order, ice machine out of order, the walls are thin so we could hear other guests running up and down the hallways at 1am but can't control other people so overall it was still a good stay.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. It is laid out very well with a restaurant and bar in the lobby. The room was great, lots of space, very clean. The beds are very comfortable.

The only complaint I had was that the walls/ceiling were very thin, not insulated. I could hear the people in the next room and there must have been children in the room above us, because it sounded like they were jumping off the bed most of the time. I forgot to bring a fan to drown out the noise, but luckily youtube has videos of fan/white noise for sleeping.

Walls are thin. I could neighbors conversation ( the talk normal tone) and I could hear them. Loved pool hours. Loved jets in hot tub. Hotel and pool worked just fine. Plenty if sitting area. Gym was clean and spacious looking into pool area. Laundry near by. Front desk shop was convenient. Breakfast and bar and restaurant availability. Noon check out!!! Spacious and clean suit. Comfy beds Perfect!!!

Thin walls

the pool was very nice and clean the beds were comfy and cute . it was nicely decorated. the people in the lobby were nice and in kitchen. the restaurant for dinner the food was great. it was in a nice location. I would definitely stay here again!

the breakfast was definitely edible. but I do have to say it was kinda plain and the hash browns I could have done with out. but there was enough variety of things I was able to find something. the food at restaurant was very good but way over priced.

The second room that we got was comfortable. The look of the lobby was very appealing and I appreciated the wipes and hand sanitizer being readily available. Parking was easy and we were very close to the UTD campus that we were there to visit.

We went to our room and the AC did not work. We had to be moved to another room. The personnel was very nice about it and apologized for the inconvenience. I was a little put off that the gentleman that came up to bring up our new keys did not bring a cart to move our belongings. I had to send my son to find a cart and then go to the new room which was on a different floor.

Staff was excellent, very clean environment, and the food was great. Very quiet property. Business professional and comfortable vibe.

Everything was great. I really enjoyed my stay. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful and perfect temp. Very clean property. Manager Dan was awesome, very welcoming, so professional .I would recommend this peaceful stay to anyone!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and plentiful.

Signage for cost of breakfast was not visible. It should have been located near food.

The place is very clean and nice, as well as comfortable; friendly staff.

The pool is kind of a bummer. It’s small and inside, and I couldn’t even use it due to maintenance.

Bed was super comfy. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. Bar and grille on site. Great outdoor area with televisions. Overall great experience.

The staff were so nice and helpful. The pool area was clean, the pool was very clean. The housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. The room next door had a loud TV and the staff asked them to quiet down, and they did and all was well.

Street noises were not blocked very well by the windows and curtains.
