Ann was great !! Very helpful and assuring at the service counter !! I enjoyed her energy and was grateful for her guidance in our stay .

The bed seemed off granted the room was great and had an entire kitchen , I would recommend re doing the beds and making them more comfortable. I also found it strange that the toilet paper provided was not sealed . Due to an increase of awareness of drug needles being cleaned in toilet paper rolls , I would suggest giving sealed toilet paper to avoid contamination and death !

I have stayed here multiple times. Everything was satisfactory, and clean. I did have an issue with the volume on the TV but was helped by the staff and got it all taken care of.

I had a "roll in shower" so water from the shower got on a good amount of the bathroom floor. The entire room has faux wood floors, but this should be pulled up in the bathroom as to prevent mold /mildew as water gets under the faux flooring. The shower head also needs to be changed out in this room.

The affordability of this hotel and cleanliness are my first 2 priorities. Safety for sure in that the rooms are interior and have key access throughout. Ann is always super helpful and accomodating.

I honestly could use more items in the kitchen area like cups or plates that sort of thing. I needed to re-heat an item in the microwave and had to wrap it in paper towel.

They were so nice, friendly. And with my situation, they really worked with me.

The room we had, we had it for 2 nights. The church paper, and then we're ready to renew it. And we couldn't, so we had to move from the handicap room to a regular size room. Which was very hard for me, which may be in handicap. And so then we finally moved to a handicap room. That's Saturday, so everything is fine.

The breakfast area was nice, Pool area looked fun, but, even though it's outside it was non-smoking which was a disappointment.

Room needed to be cleaner, need to clean under things, they did not do that. Oddly the carpet on the staircase, Its strange to my in so many ways, and being that the pattern ran the same way tricked my eyes to not realizing where the steps started and stopped.

Plenty of space for work & sleeping. Bathroom was not cramped as in most motels. Plenty of hot water. It even had 2 ice trays in the fridge.

Slow elevator. Stairs were more convenient.

I like that there were no vagrants or drug addicts. Just people and families on the road wanting to rest. Safety is my number one concern and I felt just fine. The place was clean and the staff was super friendly.

The place was great!

Everything was nice and professional except for couldn't get ahold of anybody when I locked my. Self out at 5 o'clock this morning. I waited for 2 hours to get ahold of somebody and could not. So basically there wasn't anything to like or really dislike.

Location is central and front desk service is good.

Put more toilet paper and a sofa would make things more relaxing in room during day time.

The room was nice and cold and clean, and the staff that worked the night shift was very kind and professional and helpful .

The airconditon had a musty smell to it, but other than that, it was good
