Wonderful full breakfast was served hot every morning and the staff were so kind and accommodating with a smile on their face! The 5:30 drinks and dinner kickback was a pleasant surprise as we brought 3 kiddos. Overall it was pleasant and relaxing and everything was CLEAN!!!

The downstairs main area sort of all ran together and was small, especially during breakfast and other heavy traffic times. But it’s to be expected in an older hotel. What it lacked in space the hotel made up for in spades in other areas.

everything was clean. The signs were beautiful. The food was good. The people were nice baby. The decoration of the room was so awesome. The purple walls were gorgeous. The best thing I can say about this place is that it was quiet. I was able to get rest without hearing door slam and I can’t thank you enough for that worth every penny, and they make popcorn during the day food at night drinks breakfast is good if I didn’t mention that loved it 10 out of 10.

I didn’t like that the Jets only lasted five minutes on the hot tub and I had to keep getting out and resetting it and they weren’t that strong enough to really feel like it was a hot tub but I will give positive feedback by saying the temperature of the water was hot and I was thankful for that and I was just thankful to be there all together

Friendly, efficient receptionist. Excellent breakfast with especially kind, efficient, and friendly cook/attendant both mornings. Nice to offer the evening hot dogs and happy hour. Nice clean pool and hot tub with towels offered. Small, but acceptable room for no more time than we spent in it. Nice to have 2 chairs in the room. Quiet AC and no traffic noise!

No complaints at all. So I can't complete 2 or 3 sentences of what we didn't like as requested here. We liked it all and will return next time in San Antonio.

Great modern room and hotel - clean and great size, convenient to motorway and shopping kickback and breakfast were excellent and staff were excellent.

Woken multiple times by trains during night and hotel allows non guests to purchase breakfast and attend kickback which made it crowded for guests and I found it quite off putting behaviour of non guests spoilt it for me - first time I’ve come across this at a Drury inn - would reconsider staying there if this became the norm .

Free breakfast was convenient, the location of the hotel was close to the business I was visiting, easy access to food / restaurants. Evening happy hour was a nice touch. My room was huge and comfortable. The gym was right across from it so super convenient.

Breakfast can be better in taste, maybe more cut fruit options than just whole fruit. The tea selection was not good at all. While I am a deep sleeper, you hear the trains at night. I was not very clear if room service for food was an option at all. However, with UberEats and restaurants in walking distance, I didnt miss much. The bathrooms seem dated and maybe this location was used for the elderly at sometime.

The staff are so kind here and friendly. Cleaness over all was good. Drury has complementary Adult drinks (2 limit) between 5:30-7, I believe was the time. They serve BBQ sandwiches, Nachos and hotdogs during that time. Its a win,win for your family. You can feed your kids breakfast and dinner here all for the price of your stay. 😊 Walking distance to Ross, and other shopping stores. The mall is down the street. Buffalo Wild Wings is right next door. It's definitely a good spot to stay.

The breakfast was the same everyday. Maybe changing it up would be good. We stayed 3 night and added a day and everyday it was the same. Sausage and eggs. Maybe change to bacon or ham for meat choice would help.

I LOVED the staff! They made my ENTIRE vacation amazing! From check-in, breakfast, kickback, housekeeping, and checkout….they went ABOVE and beyond. It’s a smaller hotel, but the feel there is like you’re at home. Breakfast was awesome, and the dinners were a VERY nice addition. The location was great lots of restaurants nearby (like quick, step outside, walking distance 🙂)

Don’t eat at the Buffalo Wild Wings next door…I got a delicious RAW (no kidding) chicken sandwich. 🤮 There was not ONE THING that I disliked about the hotel however.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very happy with the comfortable room and beds. It was very clean and quiet. It was an excellent value also.

The location is a little far from most things that we were coming to San Antonio for- however, it was very quiet because it was on the outskirts and it was easy to hop on the highway/interstate and get anywhere that we needed to go.

There was a branch scraping my window of my 2nd floor room & it was really annoying. Also, the guests in the 2 rooms across from me decided to have a family reunion in the hallway with other family members instead of taking it inside their rooms. Which obviously disturbed my nice peaceful evening & prevented me from going to sleep. I didn't make a complaint & just let it go.

Never stayed in a Drury before and I'm glad I did. The stay was great. I enjoyed the smiling clerk when I checked in. Enjoyed the free breakfast and the evening snack. The location was great for my family to have easy access to SeaWorld and Six Flags. Very clean and glad it was a smoke free environment. When I called the front desk on an issue I had and they were prompt to respond. Will recommend you. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Am an early riser. At breakfast I was not allowed to change the tv channel. There were only 2 people(women) eating breakfast and they were not looking at the tv and supposedly they have a hotel policy that the tv on the weekends has to stay on the sport channel ? The lady asked who changed the channel and I let her know I did. That's when she told me of their policy. I said ok. She left and did not change it so I assume I could finish my meal and I would change the channel back before I went back to my room .5 minutes later the front desk clerk politely approached me to advise of the reason why they had to change the channel I was looking at. I said ok. I just did not see what was the issue when there were only 3 women there eating breakfast.
