The hotel was close to the USCIS, so location was perfect for my needs. The room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows. There are places to eat around, some of them are really close. We had a good stay.

The restaurant/bar were very good. breakfast was enjoyable. good eggs good bacon/ sausage. tat-or tots coffee juice yogurt it was good dinner good service excellent

Clean and comfortable.

The room had a few minor maintenance issues that I mentioned to the front desk, but no show-stopper. I wasn't charged for my breakfast after I got a "slip" so I had to bring this to the attention of the desk clerk when I checked out. I assume someone in another room got charged for my breakfast as well.

The room was comfortable for my mom, myself, and my two small children. The microwave and refrigerator was a very nice comfort, especially since the restaurant was closed because of COVID-19. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room could have been a bit more clean. There was old skittles on the floor and a very dusty water bottle between the nightstand and the bed. The pool area needed a lot of help. The pool was supposed to be heated, but it was freezing and the hot tub smelled bad and was extremely hot. We had an issue with the AC unit in our room, but luckily the staff was able to help us with a suitable solution.

There is a lot of parking space

It’s not that close to San Antonio Downtown and there is no drinking water as courtesy in the rooms.

The location suited my needs. As a,disabled person, the wheelchair access room was perfect. Slept very comfortably and the amenities wad just right. Staff was very helpful

I have stayed there twice. Breakfast could use aittle more variety in fruit and hot yea selection.

The value of the room and all the commodities that came with the price was amazing. The whirlpool was enjoyable, the view from the patio was great bathroom and beds were clean.

If anything, I didn't like how some of the mattress support coverings were torn slightly.

This hotel is very clean and reasonably priced. The location and amenities are also nice. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Everything went well. I was comfortable. It was in a convenient location. Staff was friendly and helpful. I used the pool and it was nice.I will use Holiday Inn again.

Had a little trouble with the TV remote. I asked for batteries. The man at the desk wanted to send maintenance. I did not want anyone else in the room.

the rooms were very clean, I was surprised they were cleaning the rooms even during our stay. Most hotels say they don’t clean the rooms during your stay due to Covid-19 . Front desk people were great, overall this was a great hotel!
