It was real close to Sea World. The pools were nice for a family with younger kids. They did accommodate our parking and a crib for our grandson. The bathrooms included large containers of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. No need of bringing your from home.

Unfortunately we booked two separate rooms. One room was for our daughter and her family which included a 10mos old. Within an hour the top of his feet was so dirty from the carpet. My daughter did tell front desk and the next day. The floors were cleaner. Our room the a/c kept messing up. Maintenence went there once it did get cooler but the next morning it messed up again. By the time we checked out it was 75° in the room.

They had an indoor and outdoor pool with an onsite restaurant. The rooms were fantastic. They had full-size dove shower products in the bathroom, the beds were comfy, and the room had a fresh clean scent. The shower itself was amazing and the room felt very open. It was busy but the staff had everything moving smoothly while still being very hospitable. I called for some additional bedding and some bags that were delivered to my room very quickly. Best stay I've had anywhere to date.

The parking lot wasn't lit at the time of my visit. I still felt safe as it was a good area. The hotel itself was well-lit outside it provided some additional visibility but it was a little hard to see as we parked fairly far from the front entrance.

The women who worked at the restaurant were great and I enjoyed the food. The cucumber vodka drink was pretty great as well! I also appreciated that housekeeping respected my privacy.

There were a few instances of loud children but I do not hold that against the hotel. With such close proximity to Sea World it is expected there will be an increase in children at the hotel and, ultimately, children's behavior is the responsibility of the parents.

Cleanliness, Pool Hours, Friendly Staff

The Grill had only one waitress who tried to pursue people to order room service over dining in. The wait time for the food was extremely long; I only ordered a Caesar salad and a kids grill chicken and veggies that night and tried to dine in the next day and was told there would be a 45 minute wait for food we decided to dine elsewhere

The front desk staff to housekeeping staff were all very nice and friendly. The breakfast was better the second day than the first. They had eggs, bacon, biscuits, sausage, Oatmeal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, and cereal. Kids eat free! Shuttle is available to SeaWorld.

One of the elevator's doors did not stop like they normally do when period are getting on, but the front desk said they'd have it looked at immediately.

The bed was super comfortable and it was very close to SeaWorld. The staff was very nice and helpful. Wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy those pools and the restaurant. Also loved that the lighting in the room was "adjustable". In the morning, the sunlight is all you need. The room was a pleasant temperature. They have dim lights, lamps, brighter lights. We really loved it.

The room wasn't really clean. I kept finding food and other stuff around the room. Some of it was probably not easy to spot/clean, like the candies in weird corners or on a chair. There were a lot of kids and it know mine is really messy, so it wasn't a huge deal. That's how we found them to begin with... my toddler can find anything he's not suppose to find. The one that was really gross was the used Q-tip in the bathtub. We could've called downstairs and they probably would've cleaned it up, but that seemed unnecessary. I had some Clorox wipes anyway.

It's right next door to the VA Medical Center. We drive a long distance for my husband's appointments at the NW VA Clinic, which are often scheduled for early morning. Driving in the evening before his appointments and staying at the hotel let's us miss the heavy San Antonio morning freeway traffic. The less stress, and a good night's rest.

It's a little pricey.

The bed was wonderful! I slept so well I didn't want to wake up! The room was cold when I got there, but then again it was over 100 outside, so cold was refreshing.

The food could have been better for the price, but I ate it so I can't complain that much.

THE ROOM WAS HUGE, VERY CLEAN, THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. EVEYTHING WAS SO GREAT. THE RESTURANT WAS VERY GOOD FOOD FOR DINNER AND BREAKFAST! POOL WAS CLEAN AND KIDS LOVED IT. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. GREAT PLACE STAY WITH KIDS. HAS ALOT TO DO IN HOTEL WITH GAMES AND POOL TABLES. WILL STAY HERE FROM NOW ON WHEN VISITING SAN ANTONIO!

Pretty landscape! Clean! Pretty Interior! Loved the outdoor pool!

The hotel restaurant breakfast buffet was extremely overpriced for not so great food and there was no food in any of the serving trays until we told the staff everything was empty. There was standing water on the buffet plates. just not a great breakfast experience there.
