Upon arrival I noticed how clean the lobby and breakfast area is kept. Tammy greeted us and provided options of good places to eat. Once we settled in our 1st room we noticed the room was not cooling off after about an hour after getting into the room, please note it was 105 outside and air conditioner was blowing cold just not cooling the room. So I called the front desk and spoke with Tammy (sorry but I hope this is her name because she went above and beyond). Tammy apologized for the issue and advised she was going to check another room for us. I told Tammy there was no hurry and about 25 minutes later Tammy knocked on the door. Tammy advised she had another room for us and asked me to check out the room to be sure it met my satisfaction.The new room was nice and cold so we switched rooms. Tammy went above and beyond to be sure we (the customer) was satisfied and was very professional. Thank you Tammy for excellent customer service!! The complimentary breakfast was what I expected and satisfied the morning hunger, plus coffee.

The property is well kept and well lite at night. As for most areas these days there is usually another establishment close by that is not as well kept, offers cheaper rates due to the condition of the property, which draws illegal activity, undesirable guests to the area but there is not much Ramada can do but put up a wall to separate the properties and keep the trash on the not so “Super” 8 side of the wall.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. All of the employees we came in contact with were very nice and helpful. The beds were also very comfortable

My biggest complaint are the pillows ! They are way too small. Little square pillows that can barely fit your head. We had to go buy pillows to sleep and had to leave them since we couldn’t take them on the plane. And our tv. I called the front desk three times because our tv was set up for someone that was blind. All movies were being narrarared. When I called the front desk I was told twice they would have the tv switched out or have someone look at it, no one ever came. It was really annoying to watch tv unless it was a live show

The staff was very friendly. We went to San Antonio for my son's graduation from BMT at Lackland. It was close to the base. The room was clean and ready upon arrival. We received a courtesy call after we were comfortable in our room. We asked for more towels and were given some with no issues. When we got back the one evening, my girls were excited, housekeeping had wrapped their stuffed animals up with their blankets when making the beds. I just thought it was cute. If I am ever back in San Antonio I will stay at Ramada again.

The staff was the best, friendly & accommodating. The room was fine, very clean & good size. It was missing a hair dryer but the staff gave me a brand new one when I asked about it. The beds were really high but not unmanageable. The pool was refreshing and the laundry facilities were convenient. The free continental breakfast had a good variety, tasty & filling!

It was a little tricky getting in & out of there based on it’s location on Culebra but also a convenient location to anywhere we had to go!

We did not eat the breakfast on any of the 3 night stay. We left early each morning for ceremonies and activities related to a grandson graduating basic training as he became a member of the United States Space Force. I loved the fact that we never had to ask for clean towels. When we returned our room had been cleaned and dirty towels removed and replaces with clean.

I don’t like French vanilla creamer or powdered creamer for my coffee. Good coffee is important to begin my day. Seems petty in the view of many I’m sure.

The staff here were SO nice and friendly! We had low expectations since we were trying to find something cheap for one night for our family of 4, and we were so surprised by how kind and personable the staff were! It really increased the value of the stay… nice people and they make yummy breakfasts, not just cereal or fruit and a packaged sweet like some hotels.

The sink in our room had a slow drain and the fridge didn’t have a freezer section for our cooler ice packs, but everything else was clean and comfortable.

The place was very clean, quiet and in a great area. I got down for breakfast one morning and was pleased with it too. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and I would certainly stay again.

There was a very old stale funk and feet smell in the room that plugins nor spray seemed to be able to overpower. I think the carpet needed shampooing or replacing. It was the only likely source I could think of for such horrible odor as all else seemed very clean.

Bed where. COmfortable ac was turned on in room so was cool when we arrived after a day in sun they had a lil market had drinks and snacks few other things like razors and laundry soap we only stayed one night so we didnt use pool near emergency services do if siren bother you just heads up there was wendys and other food places near buy but we eat breakfast at ramada

Only thing had park in back due to hotel being full

Decent breakfast options, comfortable and clean room and location was great.

The air conditioner was having to work a little hard and the cleaning staff did not speak English when I had to communicate with them. They were nice and polite and I eventually got my request taken care of though.

I love how my room was so clean. That is the most important for me on my travels. Also, I was walking distance to different restaurants. Staff was friendly and the pool was also cleaned and well taken care of. I had everything I needed in my room. I had fridge, microwave, iron, and blow dryer. Tv provided some movie channels also. Also had a good complimentary breakfast.

Everything was perfect for my stay. I can't think of anything that they could've done to make it better.
