The property was bigger than it looked from the outside and there was more than enough space for our group of 5 people. There was plenty of beds, so no one had to share. The house was nice and clean, there was alot of kitchen items for us to use and a washing machine and dryer. The home was about 8-10 minutes from all the main attractions you'd want to see in San Antonio and only 15 minutes from the airport. it was very easy getting around.

The neighborhood looked a bit rough coming in. we didn't have any issues with anyone, but just looking at the neighborhood may have changed my opinion a bit. There were a lot of stray cats and couple stray dogs roming, but again they caused no issues. The host did charge a damage claim I was requested to pay, because of started towels. However, I never saw the damage after requesting photos and the amount requested didn't seem to equate to the supposed damage

I really liked the inside of the house, it is very open and the rooms and beds were so comfortable. also the dishes and all the amenities were such a good touch too

the WiFi really sucks and that’s pretty much the only part about the property that was bad. other than that it was very great all around

There were no towels at the property which made our stay a bit difficult to shower and dry off. There were only hand towels in the bathrooms. No bath towels to dry off.

The location bc everything was close and not far at all

The shower heads don’t leave any thing to desire. You should install better shower head. I had a problem locking the door when we left the property. I called and let them know.

Large house with big back yard and plenty of beds for our stay. Good location and plenty of space to park cars.

The floor was not baby friendly. A lot of the laminate wood was loose and sharp and my daughter cut her foot while crawling. Not ideal. There was barely enough towels for our family of 10 so could have done with more supply. Also the living area needs a lot more furniture to sit and relax on. A couch and 2 armchairs was not enough for 9 adults to sit around. And there's plenty of space in the living area for more, bit dissappointing. The door code was difficult to operate and would not open on several occasions. There's a real knack to it to open, it should not be that difficult. We had to pay a security deposit of $350 (no problem) but it took some time to be refunded. I needed to chase it up. We also had to pay a $40 charge to rent a pack'n'play for our daughter to sleep in as we travelled from Ireland so no crib for her. I thought this might have been included in the price as it wasn't cheap for 4 nights.
