The breakfast was very good and the staff kept everything clean and stocked.

I would have preferred a larger room. The room on the second floor had two queen beds in it with hardly enough walking space around the room and only one chair. With the small room, there was no where to put the excess amount of pillows. Also, duvet covers on beds tend to be cumbersome and usually too warm. Blankets and sheets would be preferred.

Upon arrival, Ashley greeted us with a smile and a welcome. Check-in was fast and easy. Ashley also informed us that if we needed anything, let us know. If we don't have it, we'll try to get it. We travel a lot, and Ashley was the first person to say if we don't have it, we'll try and get it. Those words made my day. Thanks for employing staff like her. All the staff were great. But Ashley made the first expression. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Amazing experience. Thanks

The property looked very fresh and new, even though I was told that it was an older facility. I was impressed with all the thought that went into the design of the rooms. They were very efficient and very comfortable. The linens were fresh and clean and the whole facility smelled clean and fresh. The staff was great. Everybody was very attentive and helpful. I like the fact that there were ice machines on every floor, I didn’t use the workout facility but it looked really nice!

I loved how clean this facility was! The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was huge and spacious. The location was also in the middle of everything, so I only had a short drive to get to my destination!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great for our family. Beds were comfy and air conditioning was perfect.

The sink was slanted downward which visually was odd. The shower had a loose faucet and the drain plug pulled all the way out. The toilet had a rough patch which seemed odd given the hotel was rather new. The elevator was oddly slow, but not a deal breaker.

the bathroom sink was slanted? couldn’t put anything on bathroom counter, also someone ripped toilet paper holder off and was patched but a bad fix . we are on a month long road trip this was the 3 rd Hampton we stayed at. it had the least amount of breakfast and coffee options! they only had packets of reg creamer. and sugar. all others had the pump creamer with and option of a sugar free flavor. I had to leave early to go to a truck stop. only had a weak blend of coffee ( water) and a decaf.. as the others all had a dark and medium to choose from. the property outside was clean.

Hallways, elevators and lobby had a nice appearance. The indoor pool area was also nice (why we choose this hotel). Beds are cozy! Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly.

Our room looked like it could’ve been cleaned better. Minor things like sticky coffee ring on night stand and trash in trash can- definitely makes you question just how well the room was cleaned from previous persons stay.

The room was big with great amenities! Love the bathroom space! Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. The breakfast was delicious. The best hotel breakfast on our cross country trip. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The only suggestion I have would be for the curtains to fully close to blackout.

Please be aware if you book through booking.com to check the rate you are charged when you check in. Alex, check in clerk, was alerted, by me that the rate was not correct. After fumbling around with the computer she said it would be fixed by the next day. Of course it was not but Dora ( sorry if name is incorrect) fixed it the next morning.
