I like the location of the hotel with ample parking and within close proximity of various restaurants. The hotel had a fitness room which had enough equipments for a full body workout plus a patio and a pool. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the room was clean, sizable, with a dining corner and a good quiet location.

The in room coffee that was offer wasn't great and the plug in outlets for the sconces next to the bed wasn't working. I had forgotten to mentioned it to the staff when I was checking out.

The staff was friendly and the location was great.

We did not like arriving late to a crowd of teenagers hanging out at the front entrance for no reason other then hanging out. We were not comfortable with them staring and watching our every move. It’s uncomfortable when your not sure if your about to be robbed or mugged these days to groups of young adults that do not fit the picture of you expect when arriving to a nice hotel. These young adults should have a adult with them or be asked not to congregate outside the entrance for travelers to enter. They should be in the lounge area or pool.

This hotel is excellently located near Town Center, the main hub of Southlake. The service is good and the room is quiet. We will use them again.

I missed having a clock in the room. I think that, because we all have cell phones, it is assumed we don't need a clock. But it's hard to look at your phone in the middle of the night without disturbing your partner. I also would have liked a drop-off of fresh cups, coffee, and glasses each day without having to ask for them. I understand no maid service. I can make my own bed, but those are just niceties that would go a long way toward making a wonderful stay and excellent one.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean, nice. Bathroom was big too.

1. Hotel staff was great but couldn’t find my Booking.com reservation. I had gotten a confirmation email the day before my trip from Booking.com - so next time I’ll double check with the hotel before my trip. Thankfully rooms were still available and the hotel gave me the room at a lower price (senior discount). So all was well. 2. Bathroom fan wouldn’t turn off. Had to keep the door closed to muffle sound at night. They offered to send up maintenance but I didn’t want the hassle. Otherwise lovely room.

Staff was very kind and friendly from the moment I walked in for check in. They accommodated us as needed. The Chrome Dragon from the adjacent property looks really cool upon entry.

The bathroom door is too narrow. It doesn't allow complete privacy from an angled view (sides) The showers do not have a bottom ledge. The water from shower hits the ground and splashes out of the shower and onto the bathroom floor. Sort of messy and could be a slip hazard.

Location, value, comfort.

The HVAV was not reliable. We had a terrible time keeping the temperature comfortable. We used the heat but unless we set it on 75 which is too warm, it only blew cold air keeping the room at 68 blowing cold air. We did call front desk and was told "That's just the way our units work - 75 or 68. Nothing in between."

Location was good, hotel was new and modern

I was there for 3 nights and there was no room service, I expected towels to be picked up trash emptied and coffee refilled but that never happened, and I didn't ask for either.

The Southlake Hotel is an amazing hotel and it's in a great location. The room was very pleasant and cute! It was a great accommodation for a mother-daughter weekend getaway!

Friendly staff and comfortable beds.

The fire pits and pool area were closed. There was notification of the closure. It was one of the reason we booked that facility.

Clean, spacious room. The location was convenient and in a safe location.

The lobby and halls were freezing. The poor staff was wearing sweaters. The only way to turn on the bathroom light was to throw the master switch, which also turned on the light in the room. Would be nice if I could turn on the bathroom light without waking other family members up.
