Loved my recent two-night escape! The hotel was a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The room was spotless and cozy, with a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Staff were friendly but not very much help in providing local tips. Breakfast was ok with enough options. And the location? Couldn't have been better! A short walk to a few restaurants. I'd be interested in staying there again.

Wish they would have changed up the breakfast options a bit instead of having the same thing both days. Also, the shower was extremely cold for the first 5-7 minutes, but eventually heated up. For a moment there, I thought I'd have to endure a long cold shower. there was also no small bags for the small trash cans in the room. They have a policy of not providing those which was strange considering most of the hotels I've stayed at all have them.

Modern lobby, friendly staff. A large, clean, beautiful room with an interesting renovation (I liked the brick wall). It is very convenient in the bathroom: doors, a double room, a sink separate from the bathroom, paper hanging conveniently, good detergents in cans: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap. There are coffee making facilities in the room. Very nice pool, large, comfortable, clean, from 9 to 22. Breakfast is good: sponge cake, cutlets (it's a pity that it's not turkey), delicious porridge, toast, cottage cheese, delicious orange juice and lingonberry juice. The best hotel on our trip among hotels under $100. Other reviews say about dinner, there is no dinner.

It was much better than I expected. (Keep in mind the type of trip it was i almost went for a motel 6) Also they offer complimentary cocktail hour and dinner. The place is very clean and you can tell the staff cares. It was a great price and there weren't any weird smells or anything like that. It was a very inviting place Also when I walked into the room it was clean and the bed definitely looked clean

It's older. So of course that's noticeable. I wouldn't call it outdated but if you're looking for something upscale, this probably isn't it. But if you're looking for a place to stay while taking care of other things in the area and want to take advantage of a relaxing evening then I'd say come here.

Vanessa, at front desk provided exceptional customer service. I was not “thrilled” with the cleanliness of the hotel BUT great customer service does WONDERS!!! Vanessa is sweet, kind, attentive and compassionate. For that I give 10 stars!!

I was very pleased with the breakfast selections and happy to see cranberry juice. I like the eggs were fresh and hot. The coffee was just right, not too strong. I appreciated that the caretaker extended the breakfast time by 30 minutes to accommodate late arrivals.I appreciated Vanessa at check-in, she was kind, courteous, helpful, positive and had outstanding customer service skills. When I asked questions, she immediately answered and explained in understandable detail. The checkout was pleasant and fast. I enjoyed my stay.

The oatmeal was too watery.

When I was there, you had a team of women running the place. All of them were wonderful. I wish I could remember their names, but I have ADHD. They always had a smile on their face even at 3 am. My daughter locked me out of my room and everyone was trying to help me, even the housekeeper to my room, but she finally woke up. I go to Sugar Land, Texas often, for medical reasons. It’s tough & stressful, so when someone can make you smile and and your child laugh, it can be everything. I hadn’t stayed here in a long time. Will be staying here all the time now because it was a nice, clean room, the bartender can make a great margarita and, even if it wasn’t already great, the wonderful people make it a great place. But, seriously, you need more bacon.

The Manager and Staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I am gluten-free and vegan, and although they had not been made aware, they ensured that I had something to eat daily, and went out of their way to help me. Thank you so much.

The pool didn’t look clean. I would have liked to swim but its state put me off. It could have done with some cleaning.

Breakfast was good. Dinner was good. Staff friendly. Cleanliness was great. Got more than we expected, the dinner was unexpected.

Bathroom was a bit tide, could be more roomy. Mattress is a bit soft and being older it's hard to get up from the bed because of the softness.

Would like a couple more gluten free options for hot meals, especially during the evening time.

Could use a couple more tables & chairs in the eating area. Could also use a 2nd easy chair in the double bed room, sitting on the bed caused back ache.

Nice breakfast buffet, rooms were clean and it was a good location for us.. it was half way between the 2 areas that we went to.

The room had a slight smell not sure what it was, there was a clanking noise every morning coming from above us like water pipes clanking and the area didn't have many restaurants close by.
