Vanessa, at front desk provided exceptional customer service. I was not “thrilled” with the cleanliness of the hotel BUT great customer service does WONDERS!!! Vanessa is sweet, kind, attentive and compassionate. For that I give 10 stars!!

When I was there, you had a team of women running the place. All of them were wonderful. I wish I could remember their names, but I have ADHD. They always had a smile on their face even at 3 am. My daughter locked me out of my room and everyone was trying to help me, even the housekeeper to my room, but she finally woke up. I go to Sugar Land, Texas often, for medical reasons. It’s tough & stressful, so when someone can make you smile and and your child laugh, it can be everything. I hadn’t stayed here in a long time. Will be staying here all the time now because it was a nice, clean room, the bartender can make a great margarita and, even if it wasn’t already great, the wonderful people make it a great place. But, seriously, you need more bacon.

all the employees I encountered with were always so nice and helpful. the breakfast and dinner was on point everytime time! the rooms were really clean and smelt great when we arrive, the cleaning lady was helpful with are stay when we needed towels or anything for are room! great place to stay I definitely recommend!

location is near restaurants, and my brother’s house who I visit frequently.

parking near our room door is always full. my husband has mobility issues and we book the handicap room. the room is near a side door entrance and is a short walk to the room from the car if parking is available. there are no handicap specific parking spaces near this side door that is near the handicap rooms.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Sugarland area... grounds are gated and immaculately clean. Inside was spotless (even the mirrored elevator every time we used it!!), Staff were very friendly and accommodating, beds were very comfortable, shower pressure was amazing, my 16 & 18 yr old enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi and workout room, and breakfast was wonderful and exceptionally maintained. Very satisfied!

Absolutely nothing

Vanessa went above and beyond. She's so sweet. I love coming to this hotel. Marie and Emily at the dinner are so awesome. The drinks are always good as well as the food. Breakfast and dinner are full meals. You are never disappointed. Hot tub and pool are so nice and clean also.

The room was very clean . The carpet was very clean The bathroom was very clean . The happy hour was very good good the food and drinks were good .

The bed was very uncomfortable it was like someone had put rocks under the mattress 🙃 me and my husband woke up with our backs hurting .

This hotel is identical in layout to the best western at i10 and hwy6. It freaks me out because no one is nice to you and everyone acts like they suspect you of something there so here I'm expecting to be talked down to and treated like a vagrant but instead everyone here is the kind of nice that doesn't come across as fake, faggy or pompous. These people are good and this hotel is in the absolute worst neighborhood. Omg I'm kidding it's Sugarland there's criminals here but they're all in Telfair and Aliana and if you have ever been in Sugar Land you already know about the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Department and how every human has been replaced by a robot that they only programmed with an AI that has the mentality of a dandelion, yet they gave them such ridiculous driving skills that I guess they forgot to add more memory or something and they ran out of space when coding the decision making and reasoning modules they use. So what I'm telling you is that this hotel is amazing and the people that work here make this hotel as inviting and family friendly as a 5 star hotel you'd expect in a much more high class area. The hotel is cleaner than any hotel I have been to on this side of 45, and let me tell you that I have stayed in different hotels in the greater Houston area (going as far out as brookshire and the other side of Rosenberg). I know that's a bold statement but I think that at this point I've been to more than 75% of the hotels in this city because I enjoy the change of scenery, and one of the only things I love about Houston is how diverse and sprawled out the city is. I have not visited a place other than maybe LA that has a feature like this and I see people talk about how many cultures there are blended together to make Houston but I don't see people really touch on how while everyone says blended what they actually mean is that everyone has overlapped each other.

That they don't offer hugs and wads of cash. There is no one here who knew what to do about erections openly. But that's not what I was here.for

Location to the Methodist hospital

No ramp for suit case with wheels to/from back/side entrance. It might sound minor, but it was an in convenience having to stop and lift up a heavy suit case to the curb. A ramp would be so much better.
