convenient, better than average breakfast choices. spacious room.

hot tub/spa not working with no mention of it on the site or in the welcome email in which I inquired about the hot tub/spa. when I mentioned this at checkout I was informed I could have had a room with large jacuzzi tub had I asked. I asked her how I was supposed to know and why didn’t the employee that checked us in offer that room since I was clearly disappointed when she told me spa/hot tub was out of order? only 2 luggage carts and one was broken. none available on checkout morning. average hotel, clean and adequate for overnight stay employee that checked me out in the morning was very nice and helpful.

It was very nice, but we were a little upset that when we ask for a ground floor room for my 90 year old mother in law who is somewhat disabled we were placed in a 2nd floor room that was as far from the elevator as possible. The only thing hadicap accessible was a grab bar by the toilet.

The dining area was clean & there was plenty to eat. The dining room attendant did a nice job owning her job and she did it well.

The property was dated & worn. It looked like they were trying to update it? They’ve got a ways to go yet.

everything was so nice and pretty! it was also very clean. mostly importantly the staff was very friendly and respectful! Especially Nancy who was the one who attended us when we got there!

just the tv channels but no big deal!

Room was very nice, beds were comfortable, staff are friendly, very helpful for anything we needed and breakfast was superb, a lot of choices.

Pool was in shade a lot of time. We had to be gone until afternoon and so pool was in shade and cold even though it was really hot weather wise. But overall this hotel was wonderful.

Good breakfast. I liked that they have large bottle dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash instead of the wasteful little one use bottles!

breakfast can be improved. it is a pretty old facility but you go there knowing this i guess when choosing a Holiday Inn

Everything was great about this hotel. I had originally blocked rooms at the hamptons and wasnt told I’d be charged for rooms if no one checks in. Not the mention the hamptons “manager” was very ugly to me. I told them to eat my s$$t and went to holiday inn where they were very respectful and understanding. And treated me like a human being and not like some trash.

I can not ever eat at the hotels since I have a special diet to follow. I would love to but can't.

The bathroom sink in room 301 has a very slow drain. That is the only negative thing I can say.

Stayed overnight for a cross country trip. Easy access to the interstate. Food and fuel options close by. Room was big, comfortable bed, very clean.

Nothing.
