I like the centralize location of the hotel. The staff was extremely pleasantly, attentive, and accommodating. The rooms and breakfast areas were very clean. The room was comfortable and well organized for movement. The curtain to divide the room was a plus. Overall, the quality for the reasonable price was well appreciated and valued during these economic times.

A microwave in the breakfast area would be a better plus because no one like cold eggs.

We were on the first floor and first room that backed up to the lobby. On and off all night we kept hearing some kind of banging which turned out to be a cabinet of some kind in the lobby. Sadly very noisy rude people across the hall.

Location was great for us - very close to hospital; good selection at breakfast with very friendly staff; enjoyed amenities in the room with lots of utensils and dishes; good supply of outlets and USB ports

The a/c unit was too close to the bed and the air was directed right to the person's feet sleeping on that side. Not a good situation; the shower door would not stay closed while taking a shower

New, clean , mattresses great, staff and management super helpful since I forgot my wallet.

Pillows!!! Idk I’m weird about my pillows. Everything was perfect minus the price and the pillows. Head sunk right through them. My coworker loved the pillows so idk.

This is my 2nd stay at this location. I was really impressed with the hotel and the staff. I felt safe traveling with my son and staying at this hotel again. The beds were comfy, the shower/bathroom was clean, the room was beautiful.

Location is convenient for our need. Clean and quiet. Breakfast choices are moderate but they tend to stop replenishing too soon.

The only issue for me and my husband is the bed. It is not comfortable for us at all. The mattress itself is nice but too hard, we wake up in the morning with body aches. However, the nice hot shower makes it go away.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and offered some very nice options. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

The only issue we had was the shower pressure was a little low and the shower door had a noticeable gap that the water came through but that was the only problem we noticed.

The location was perfect. I was able to walk to restaurants near the hotel. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly.

I think the breakfast could have been better. I asked for salsa for the watery eggs. There was no salsa, but there was ketchup and hot sauce.

The pool was outside and we couldn't use it. That was not so obvious on the booking andcit was why we booked there. The breakfast needs some more options. The toaster was not working when i wanted to use it. And it needed replacing but there was nothing to replace it with that day. But i definitely appreciated the staff and their kindness.

The bathroom door in the room was broken, the property’s phone was down 2 days prior to us arriving, so I was unable to contact anyone regarding our stay. When we left, the phones were still down. I feel like that should be a priority thing.
