Location was great for us - very close to hospital; good selection at breakfast with very friendly staff; enjoyed amenities in the room with lots of utensils and dishes; good supply of outlets and USB ports

The a/c unit was too close to the bed and the air was directed right to the person's feet sleeping on that side. Not a good situation; the shower door would not stay closed while taking a shower

Location is convenient for our need. Clean and quiet. Breakfast choices are moderate but they tend to stop replenishing too soon.

The only issue for me and my husband is the bed. It is not comfortable for us at all. The mattress itself is nice but too hard, we wake up in the morning with body aches. However, the nice hot shower makes it go away.

The location.

The pool was outside and we couldn't use it. That was not so obvious on the booking andcit was why we booked there. The breakfast needs some more options. The toaster was not working when i wanted to use it. And it needed replacing but there was nothing to replace it with that day. But i definitely appreciated the staff and their kindness.

The room was very open and clean. I opened the door and my eyes were very surprised at the layout. I also want to commend the kitchen staff and customer service desk. They really went out of their way to make sure all my actual needs were met. All the way to my wake up call

The only thing that I didn't agree with was controlled by the pandemic. I wanted fresh bacon and eggs. That cannot be done at this time. Other than that, the breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful and heartwarming. They felt like family to me

Lots of restaurants within walking distance. If you are visiting a patient at Baylor Scott & White it too is an easy, short walk. We love Home2Suites because it is pet-friendly and we love that. This specific property was very clean.

The *only* thing that gives me pause every time I need to book a hotel with the dog is the H2S breakfast. I just can’t stomach the greasy, packaged egg, cheese and sausage biscuit. waited in line to pour myself a waffle but they said they had run out with more than an hour of breakfast to go. Other hotels have chafing dishes of usually eggs, pancakes, bacon or sausage, potatoes, a variety of breads and bagels, pastries, yogurts and fresh fruits. Without the dog, a great breakfast usually leads us to book somewhere else. Wish it didn’t have to be this way.

We had a relative at the hospital so this was a perfect location to just walk across the street whenever we wanted to visit. There are great food options within walking distance as well! The room itself was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for the days we stayed. You could easily stay long term if needed.

The bed was a little stiff and our room being right by the elevator meant we heard noise at all times of the day and night. I'd recommend requesting a room away from the elevators when staying here. There were good options for breakfast but if you don't like what they have, there is a Panera Bread within walking distance.

Every member of staff we came in contact with were exceptional, they went beyond helpful when our bags failed to arrive from airport for 4 days. The rooms were spacious, well equipped, clean and the beds so comfortable.

There was nothing to dislike.

location. it was next to hospital where my wife had surgery.

1. There was a standing lamp in the room. it did not work. I noticed that the entire cord had been cut from the lamp. I notified the front desk. They thanked me for letting them know but no new lamp offered. 2. The toilet seat was loose and the lid continued to fall down. 3. Our promised 3 pm room arrival was not ready at our actual 4:30 pm arrival. They moved us downstairs next to a barking dog and next to the outdoor sport deck where people were playing corn hole and laughing. 4. Coffee machine in room had no decaf coffee. 5. Bed had table light on only one side. 6. Temp hard to set in room to get comfortable. 7. Breakfast mediocre.

Good breakfast, good attention, good size of the room

1. Broken blind (big hole in sight) 2. Very dirty shower (the corners of the door, it looks really nasty. 3. The sink with very little water pressure. 4. Soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower totally empty (a relative was in another room and exactly the same thing happened)

My family and I had a great stay. We were greeted and checked in quickly upon arrival. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from. The room was clean, bigger than expected and had a kitchenette, stocked with dishes and ready to use. I would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again.

The windows in our room didn't have curtains, they were later found on the bed. Not sure why but I guess they forgot to put them back up after washing.
