Everything was clean and our room was a nice size. They had plenty to offer from a little c-store at the front desk to the pool, gym, and breakfast.

There's really no negative comments to leave. However, I will say that the listing says the rooms are "soundproof," but I can assure you they are not. Our room was right around the corner from the elevator and we could hear it every time it dinged. We could also hear people walking and talking down the hallway, and the person in the room above us stomped around all morning. Again, this didn't affect our stay any, just wanted to note the rooms are not soundproof.

The staff was kind and friendly, and the room and lobby were always clean. The bed was perfectly comfortable for both of us to sleep well. The air conditioning worked very well especially considering the outside temperatures were extremely high.

The water pressure in the shower was very low on both nights that we stayed, but at least it was clean and nice. The lobby had a wonderful smell; however, when exiting the elevator on the third floor, the smell was not as pleasant. Thankfully, the room had no smell at all.

The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioner cooled the room perfectly on such a hot day in Texas. It was a great night's sleep. The location next to Buccee's is perfect for all of our traveling needs.

When checking in, we were given a room that was not cleaned thoroughly. However, when returning to the front desk to inform them, they were extremely kind and provided us with keys to another room without any hesitation or issues. I appreciate their professionalism handling this problem.

The presentation of the hotel at the entry way was great. And very friendly staff, very easy to navigate your way around the property, very colorful, and spacious in the lounging area on first floor. Like the easy access from side of hotel, and the pool, and workout room

Did not like the small bars of soap in the bath room, and not enough lighting in the room. The toilet paper roll was too far to the rear of toilet. Don't short cut the customer with amenities like soap just have stationary refillable soap bottles in shower for example.

This Hotel was exceptional for its class and I don't rate hotels this high as there is usually something to lower the rating. Not this time. The Hotel is only 2 years old which helps. The price was good, the room was excellent, the hot breakfast also excellent. I loved the mural on the wall in the lobby which I thought was painted until I looked closer and saw it was done in small tiles!

nice location with lots of your favorite stores near by including bucees world famous gas station a must visit for any non Texan . secondly the area seems safe and calm . few but good food options near by . inside pool . and let me give a special shout to the lobby " Rhonda " she went up to get an item to our trim that we forgot after we left . they helped us get it back safely thru usps they where very nice . thank you and enjoy your stay .

It was so clean! We went from Florida to Oklahoma and the kids got restless and traffic was horrible so we decided to stay here and I’m so glad we did. We let the kids get there energy out at the pool. We visited BUCEES right across the street. Then got a car wash that was also by the hotel. It’s a very convenient hotel. The waffles at breakfast are Texas shaped our kids thought that was cool….. And I can’t stress this enough. It. Was. CLEAN!

The pool was a little small.

The staff is excellent. Concierge desk so friendly and kind. The girl who replenished breakfast was a sweetheart always making sure things were stocked and always greeted with a smile and kind word.

I did not like that our room towels and trash were not done daily. 2 days out of the 5 day stay the room was “refreshed”. We would put sign on door and come back to it being flipped around to do not disturb. When you call guest services you have to go to desk for whatever you may need. the refrigerator was leaking so the hand towels needed refreshing. We notified desk but…..

the property was great. The room was hot, even after keeping the ac on 60. my only complaint was the guests stating above me. as soon as we got there they were running down the hallways being extremely loud. then again at 3am we were woken up by the sound of running and stomping. I thought it would never end. I didn’t call the front desk because I didn’t want to cause any problems

This hotel is brand new ,also the inside looks beautiful and the rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was great .

It seems to me the walls where very thin because I could hear my neighbor on the other side also I could hear clearly how someone was  Pacing around the room on the top floor .
