Location was awesome for us - weekend concert at the Cynthia Woods Pavilion. Night staff was over the top nice both nights, and I wish I remembered her name bc she was just the most welcoming front desk person we had all weekend. Breakfast was better than the usual free breakfast and the facility was clean, neat and just a really good fit for 4 teenagers and a mommy 😊

Day staff was dismissive both days; and there were 5 girls in our room and I desperately needed more than 2 washcloths, which after two calls, I still never received.

Hyatt Place always has great breakfast! Love the eggs mixed with meat and the bowl of cut up fresh fruit.

Having stayed in several Hyatt Place hotels, the room set up was different and smaller than we were expecting. It worked for one night, but having four people in the room, it was a little cramped. The beds are too close to the walls.

The staff was very polite, the room was very clean and the hotel ideally located located near lakeside.

My first room had some background noise from outside. As I am a light sleeper, the staff was so kind to change me to another room.

It was very comfortable.

Not all attendants are trained how to handle customers who need to check out while on a call with another customer. At the time of my check out the female attendant never acknowledged that I was even there while she was on the phone. I had to wait till another attendant checked me out.

I liked the location of the hotel. The cleanliness outside the hotel, the surroundings and the corridors. The breakfast is good, acceptable, and the comfort of the beds is very good. The room service and the attention of the staff was very good

They didn’t change the sheets. They were dirty.

Location was excellent, comfortable beds, quiet and spacious rooms, wide-array of choices included with breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

Fixture in bathroom had some rust (i.e. towel rack). Wished breakfast was served earlier than 7am to have been able to enjoy prior to early checkout.

Clean

The breakfast, not enough food for how many people were at breakfast, food not coming out fast enough which made people stand around waiting - also only 1 worker was trying to put juice out, clean tables off and the dirty cart was over following with plates and cups. The showers are outdated with the nasty shower curtain and small shower head.

Location & stay was great! Room was clean and just what we needed for a 1 night stay. Staff, especially the receptionist with the prettiest nails, was incredibly kind.

Scrambled eggs at breakfast were a little salty 😅

Clean, nice people

They first said there was no extra charge for my dog. When we got there they wanted to chsge $75. We showed them the messege we got saying there was no extra, and they eliminated the charge.

Very friendly & helpful staff! Felt very safe and super clean!

Our room key stopped working after the first night of our 3 night stay. Had to “recharge” the key at the front desk.
