Excellent breakfast - great choices. Also the gym was very efficient and well maintained. A Motel can't afford a huge space to dedicate, and you managed to utilize yours very well. Great job!

We weren't sure the bedding had been changed. It didn't have a "crisp" look to it - almost as though someone had crawled out of the bed and pulled the covers up. No odors or discolorations though, so we didn't feel concerned to say anything. Also, the bed itself, slept great.

My kids loved the waffles and the pancake machine. The toppings were a hit! Nutella, chocolate chips, and whipped cream! There was something for everyone. I saw the manager going floor to floor and completing quality checks after each cleaning. I haven't been to many places that actually do that. He was also super polite when we interacted.

Omg the guy that works the front desk for the overnight shift was so nice, has great customer service, and made sure everything we needed was supplied and more. Really wish I would have gotten his name.

The only issue and literally the only issue was not the facility but a front desk receptionist in the day shift. She was not welcoming, not friendly, very non-chalant, and couldn't provide a service that any hotel should. Really think the Regional Manager needs to do more pop up visits. Had I not encountered her, the experience would have been a 10 across the board but please know that this facility is worth every penny.

Great location, one of the highest rated properties in the area. Clean throughout both inside and outside. Excellent breakfast included and if you like there a a generous selection of fruit and snacks for the road. Great price, friendly and helpful staff.

The only fault I can say is the parking. Definitely not a game changer. Shared parking with another of the same company. Depending on what time you are there factors in how far away you have to park. For us, it was no problem, but if you have small children or are not mobile it could be an issue, especially dependent on the weather.

Everything felt very clean, the room was spacious, and the free breakfast was great and the staff kept things well stocked.

The hotels that share this parking lot need to figure out the EV charging problem. We picked this hotel bc we are on a long trip with a (non Tesla) EV and really benefit from being able top off at hotels like this. In all the cities we stayed in the EV chargers were available. The chargers here are placed near the entrance so inconsiderate guests will park their non-EV cars and the hotel staff can’t do anything about it. There needs to a sign with at least the threat of towing (the same way that Handicap spots have). Or some system where the hotels can track parking by license plate so that guests can be notified to move their car.

We asked staff if we could grill out by the pool and invite friends and family over to swim. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. Our guests had a great time and we cleaned up well afterwards you couldn’t even tell we were there. A month later a family member booked her gender reveal out by the pool because she loved it so much.

Parking is horrible.. there’s just not enough parking for Home2/Tru/Homewood suites combined.

The property was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The two lovely women that checked me in and out were both very kind and helpful. Overall it was a perfect stay.

There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like. If I’m ever in Wichita Falls again, I know where I’m staying.

Very nice property. Super clean. Great value! I could live here. We’ve stayed at a few other Home2 Suites and this is the nicest one so far. Also had the best breakfast and a 25 hr coffee bar.

The only thing I didn’t like was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Easily accessible to destinations. Room accommodations were above and beyond all expectations.

Nice pillows,but it would be nice to have the option to have a set of firm to very firm - all sizes. Also front desk clerk forgot to notify us when our room was available. Understand it was shift change, but it left an impression.

Everything was great as far as cleanliness and comfort for me and my wife, but not so much for our son.

We had booked one suite with king bed and one suite with two queen beds, with both suites having sleeper sofas. There were three adults and three children in our party. We were planning to have the king bed for my wife and I with one child and my son with two kids in the double bed suite. However, when we checked in they gave us two suites both with king beds and sleeper sofas. As a result my son ended up in the bed with his seven year old son and he kicked him all night long so, he did not get much rest after 11 hours of driving and then he had to drive additional 8 hours the next day.
