I loved the location, exactly 10 minutes from Bryce. The room was cozy and well decorated for such a small town. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding was clean. We had a walk-in closet inside the bathroom, a microwave in the room, and a fridge that kept our drinks cold and maintained our leftovers fresh. The front desk guy was friendly. The wifi signal was awesome. We had 5 devices connected, fully operating, and one of them was our firestick, no issues. The Mexican restaurant on site is the best restaurant in town, hands down. They even offer wine and beer. The customer service was great and offered chips and salsa for free. They also have a salsa bar with different options. The beef fajita was excellent. I wish we had gone to this restaurant every day we were there. Unfortunately, we decided to go to the canyon restaurant the first night for hubbs birthday dinner, and their burger was so gross that I couldn't eat past the first bite. Will stay in this hotel again.

Stayed 2 nights. The first night, I felt that the heater was a little loud for my liking when trying to fall asleep. However, I'm a light sleeper, and the sound didn't wake me up throughout the night. I also must say that out of 4, I was the only one with this issue. The second night, the heater sound did not bother me one bit. The shower head was a bit clogged, which affected the water pressure. Although It is true that the bathroom floor behind the toilet could be cleaner, it was not as bad as I have seen at some other hotels such as Hiltons in LA or LV.

Shower newly tiled, beds comfy, affordable pricing, good location (about 7 miles to Bryce) in quiet, dark (I hate blinding security lighting) prairie. Small Rooms are all ground floor, with high ceilings, convenient parking outside, good heater, fridge, coffee maker. Perfect for glamping .. beats camping in 22 degrees.

They ran out of toilet paper, sink was missing its aerator so water splashed everywhere, front desk was never manned, no maid service so supply restock or trash removed or beds made. Felt understaffed, but was probably just family run which is understandable.

We arrived several hours later than we'd advised (time change, plus Scenic views we couldn't pass up) and they were very understanding & accommodating to us.

The breakfast arrangement the property offers, using a restaurant next door, was unavailable due to restaurant refurbishment going on. The property advised us upon arrival. This was not under the motel's control, however, so we built in extra time next morning to find breakfast before heading to Bryce.

the front desk kiddo. He is very polite and approchable. one reason i commended him first is his care to his guest. He inspects carefully our room before he let us in. Good job! Second is , the cleanliness and safteiness of the location. thats a big factor that i really consider. bed was clean even under the bed. Bathroom was clean however shower is really slow, but not a big problem at all. complimentary coffee is much appreciated, very kind of him to offer us. i hope they will put more coffee sachets in the room, they only put 1 filtered sachet. but not a big deal because theres coffee and fruits in the reception. i liked the simplicity of the small motel. im looking forward to any improvements. And i hope there will be locks in the reception. overall it will be 8/10 good motel.

Lightings. they need more lightings. even the motel logo sign outside doesnt have a lights. how can people see the location. Restaurant was just fine. i know its busy and crowded. but there are some hygienic concerns that this restaurant needs to focus. waiter is not considerate. She doesnt even understand me. i am not complaining but i suggest they put someone who builds a good rapport. Its a good and best retaurant though, maybe the service must need to be changed.

The stuff is great. At the reception we've been greeted by this guy, Kevin (or Kelvin). He noticed that there was no TV in our room so for the "trouble" he gifted us with a great breakfast instead, for free. Great location for visiting the Bryce canyon.

It's evident that this guy is running the entire hotel ALL ALONE. HE NEEDS HELP. We came back in our room past 10pm and he was at the reception. We left the hotel at around 6AM and he was at the reception. We went to breakfast (which is dislocated from the hotel) and he was there serving at tables. I mean, hire someone to help this guy! He works 20hr a day and we could see that he was dragging all along sleep deprived.

i admired the gentleman’s passion and dedication to his work. Its kelvin the manager. all throughout my stay i only saw his face everywhere. He is amazing. He inspects our room and he make sure that its clean, And im satisfied, i checked under the bed even the shower drainage,, no hair, no dirt. its perfectly cleaned! and take note, its the same person, its him the one who clean the room. For my opinion, i considered this motel as an escape from stress. its a haven. Its a simple motel. they dont have a pool or any entertainment areas, but this is just a lodging. so, dont expect too much. I ate at the Pines Restaurant and its super good. i tried to eat in the mexican restaurant on site, but That Alisia isnso rude. She is strict when it comes to alcohol. i even told her i will order a meal so that i can have 1 budweiser but she declined it. i dont think she understand us. But good thing Kelvin’s father helped us out for a cheaper market in Panguitch called Joe, i recommend Joe Market because everything there is so cheap and affordable. The general store beside rubys is quite expensive. maybe because of its best western signature. Ebenezers is amazing! try it out! and also i have friends they stayed in one of the cabins down there in tropic, and its really pretty. very cringe but amazing

none. just the host in the restaurant.

it’s very close to Bryce Canyon National Park about 7min away. No breakfast but there is a restaurant and subway 1min from the motel. For dinner, there’s pines restaurant, 3 min drive; and the motel has the mexican restaurant open until 10pm, and they accommodated us until 10:30-11pm since we checked in late. There is coffee, tea and oranges at the lobby. The room also has a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. For the price I paid, this is worth it. Kelvin is also very accommodating and welcoming! It made our stay much better!

not much staff but Kelvin handled it like a pro

- Great location - All day coffee - Rooms are location at ground level, no need to carry your baggages to climb the staircase - Staff is very helpful - Good price for this location - Close to ruby inn for meals and grocery store for shopping

- room is smaller than average (we stayed there for 4 nights. If we just stay overnight, it won't be any problem) - the grocery store is permanently closed (not their problem)

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great - only 7 miles from the park entrance.

I was surprised they "serviced my room" the first full day I was there. To me this was unusual - normally towels are only changed out if requested by the guest.

Friendly, helpful welcome. Room had some nice little touches and a good shower and wifi connection. TV, fridge, microwave, and coffeemachine also in room, Very convenient for Bryce Canyon. Appreciated my breakfast just down the road.

I personally would have liked an extra blanket available. Some people might notice that fixtures and fittings aren't 'perfect' but that didn't bother me and I was happy with my stay.
