Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice. Bed moderately comfortable.

The air condition kept the room at a nice temp, but stayed on all the time and was uncomfortably noisy. Location not great as far as getting in and out of the driveway. The highway junction in front of the motel made it necessary to go past and make a U-turn when coming from the south. Very inconvenient. No back roads to get around the situation. When leaving had to head right out of driveway, make a left turn and go thru a parking lot to get back on the highway to go into downtown. Only front entrance and much of the parking is at the back of the building. Inconvenient bringing in luggage.

Front desk personnel was very accommodating and helpful. The kids liked the continental breakfast with the waffles. Price of our rooms were a good value. At one point there was a dog barking and someone from the hotel came to the room to tell the owner that he needed to keep the dog quiet and there was no noise after that.

There were a few pieces of grout that was coming out of the tub wall.

Not enough lighting. Especially over vanity. So hard to see! Mattress was anything but comfortable. Not much cushion. Chair was nice except the center of the back has a "bar" running down the middle. Hard to lean back and be comfortable for very long. I don't usually complain much. But since it's a survey, I'll be honest. Other suggestion is having staff dress more professional. I didn't feel like a camo hoodie and blue jeans looked the best. Super 8 is above this.

I likes the price. Very affordable. And with a pool and hot tube.

Getting in and out of the parking lot was a little difficult if your headed north. And there was a mini van parked outside the front door every day and made it hard to get through if someone was checking in.

Staff was friendly

Fire alarms going off early in the morning. Wasn't the hotels,fault the fire department came in and was testing the smoke detectors.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff.

Carpets need replaced. The hallway carpets were horribly dirty, covered in animal hair. Our room was nicely updated but the rest of the hotel needs help! Breakfast was waffles and cereal, no eggs, fruit, or protein.

Reception was extremely helpful and polite. It is a budget hotel, but the pool, jacuzzi, room, breakfast and staff were much better than expected, esp for the price. I'd stay again for sure. The room had a very slight odour on check in. We opened the windows and it was freshened out.

The room was very clean. I did not sleep in the bed as I bring my own reclining lawn chair. Health issues cause pain if I lay flat in a bed so I have to recline partially. I wish there was way to get a partial discount for that reason. $140 is a lot of money to me but it was a safe place to stay and conveniently located.

The breakfast was ok if you like cereal and pancakes. I made a piece of toast and grabbed a banana.

Great personnel, I stayed there for two weeks and get a chance to meet everyone - extremely nice and helpful staff. The facilities are clean. The motel itself felt very safe, I didn't see any sketchy people staying there. Walmart is across the road within a walking distance in case you get hungry.

There is no elevator, so it was a bit tough to carry my heavy luggage upstairs.

Clean, quiet, well appointed furnishing. Way better than expected considering the low price. Comfortable bed. Easy to get to via car. Next to large shopping plaza and other joints for all your needs.
