Loved the atmosphere. We had the “Lake Powell” room and it was big enough to enjoy. Had a big enough tub for my wife and I to enjoy. The bed was comfortable and inviting. The breakfast the next day delicious. We were relaxed and enjoyed our stay. We will be back next year.

The only downside wasn’t even Anniversary Inn’s fault. A couple of guest didn’t park within the lines and it caused where I couldn’t get to my driver side door to how close the vehicle was. Again; this wasn’t Anniversary Inn’s fault, just some rude guest that stayed there.

The room was clean and beautiful. The jetted tub was amazing and so relaxing. Such a beautiful place surround by trees and a river. The breakfast was amazing as well.

The room was comfortable and in a very comfortable location….the bed was not comfortable at all. Very hard and springy. The bed was our only complaint.

The hot tub was nice. Big! Breakfast was good n they even brought it up to our room at the time we requested.

Not enough to complain just mentioning my opinion. I think if the price is what it was I would've liked it to be a bit better kept or maybe it just wasn't the best theme room choice. I'll have to try a different one next time. Only If I get the issue of getting double charged resolve. 🫤

When we have come before there has been cheesecake and sparkling g cider and ice waiting for us and the price was 189 now the price is 269 and no cheesecake no cider no ice.

Water pressure was bad. By the time the tub filled up the water lost it's warmth

Had issues with breakfast twice.. but we liked the room theme and the tub.

They brought up the totally wrong breakfast,I had to call and have them fix it, and then once the kitchen was literally almost closed they brought back what we ordered and we weren’t even able to get what we originally wanted at all because I was told the Cheese and ham was “too frozen” so my wife was dissapointed. I had also asked for bacon, got sausage. Biscuits were cold when they came. Also bed was NOT comfortable at all, me and my wife wasn’t even able to get any sleep, so I didn’t feel like I got to relax like I should’ve, not to mention the lowest the temp went was 60 degrees and I was sweating. Not a good experience this time pretty dissapointed, hopefully we can get a comp or something to give it another shot…

-No daily housekeeping -Breakfast always came with wrong items and overall it did not taste good. -Room was not clean when we arrived (hair all over pillows and mattress plus the floor and shower, stains everywhere on rug and seat cushion). -Sink doesn't drain properly because it's too flat. -Jets in tub smelled like sulfur when turned on. -2 ceiling lights wouldn't turn on. -Wifi was absolute crap. -Extremely overpriced for a poor experience *bonus pictures* you call this a toilet paper holder? The roll doesn't even stay on! You call this a ham&cheese croissant? I immediately went to the front desk to have them correct our breakfast order, and instead I was given leftover quiche from the previous morning. So that tells me they didn't have enough croissant ingredients which is ridiculous if that's the entrée. It's not like there's 100+ people staying here to feed. Lol!
