The location is great and very easy to get around town. Our room was at the far end of the building and was very quiet! Extremely comfortable bed and we appreciated the extra space heater on such cold nights! Free washers and dryers were a wonderful bonus!

Parking is tricky since it is a shared parking lot with local businesses. There is also a drive through restaurant that people come into the parking lot and it can get a little jammed up.

Location was great for Park City or Deer Valley. They have a private shuttle that takes guests to both resorts. They will also take you to other places in the immediate area as long as it is not during the times they are scheduled to be at the resorts. It was quiet and everyone was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy.

The bedrooms were a little tight on space but didn't bother us too much.

Great location. The apartment provided all that I required during my extended stay.

It took a bit more effort to find the entrance to the location. Finally, I realized the entry was facing the parking lot and not the front of the street. Recommend the numbered address be affixed to the fronton of the building.

This was a rental thru Booking.com but I also own a timeshare here at the Park Regency. It's a nice place and is priced fair, especially considering it's walkable location to multiple restaurants. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are great. I almost firgot to mention they hav e a free shuttle that takes you to Park City, Deer Valley and Main Street.

The resort is showing it's age in many facets. I won't go so far as to call it differed maintenance because overall they have done a good job keeping up. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was down for several days and the pool was closed all week. My 3 year old granddaughter really missed the pool.

Our two bedroom had room for everyone comfortably. Our family had everything we needed for cooking and found ourselves making more meals than we expected. We borrowed games from the lobby so even our downtime was enjoyable. The staff was very friendly. We're already planning another stay.

The tile floors were really, really cold. Bring slippers :).

The location was great. Close to stores and good food. The apartment had 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and dishes. Love that it had 2 bathrooms. We definitely would stay again.

The only negative was, we had to check out earlier than planned dued to the fact the water was being shut off at 8:00 am. Something that we didn't know of ahead of time.

the bed configuration for 3 adults was not ideal. When I booked it was difficult to tell what the beds were. I needed beds for 3 Adults! The second bed turned out to be childrens bunk beds and I don’t believe any sleeper sofa is suitable for adults. my son is 6’4” there is no way he could sleep on a junior bunk bed, he ended up on the sofa bed. This is an issue I have with ALL booking sites. They claim a room sleeps 6 but really it is 2 adults and 4 children under 12. Please improve the room descriptions and make sure they are suitable for the number of adults staying.

Close to everything. Good location. Easy check in.

Carpet is very dirty. Kitchen was not fully stocked. Missing large spoon and spatula for cooking. No screen on sliding door so couldn’t keep open to cool air. Mattress had a foam topper on it that made it too soft.

The pictures don't do Park Regency justice. It is a small clean and convenient property with a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver was able to take us everywhere we needed to go with little wait time. The condo was clean and comfortable. The price was a great bargain compared to everything else available.

Pool wasn't working although spa was working and was a good size and hot. I wish the spa and pool were outdoors.

No breakfast. Prompt responses to improperly working a/c and TV.

Small amount of litter was found under the bed--cleaners did not look. Also, no one had checked the a/c to ensure it was working; maintenance replaced the thermostat after an hour or two.
