Beautiful hotel, it is obviously well taken care of. The staff was super friendly. Our room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pool is open until 11, which was nice because we arrived pretty late after traveling all day. During breakfast the attendant who kept everything stocked was also playing waitress and taking care of everyone's plates for them and offering to grab food items if they wanted more. She was very sweet.

The Breakfast was delicious, with everything I and my kids would want and as much as we wanted to eat. The breakfast staff was so kind asking “what can I help you with “.we wanted to check in early due to our events in town happening early that day. The Gentleman at the front desk called us personally in the morning, to let us know he had a room ready.we were incredibly impressed, and thankful.

Breakfast and location were great. Ease on/off from highway. Nice pet facilities. Great cinnamon rolls. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary chocolate chip cookies ate a welcome touch after long drive.

Room decor a bit dated. Cleanliness was good which is the main thing. The decor was dark and not as modern as some other recent Holiday Inn Express stays. The previous hotel was just updated so that impacted the comparison.

Really nice rooms and a clean hotel. Friendly staff and pretty good breakfast too. Great for our dogs too, and the staff was very proactive with us before our stay about making sure we got the best room for them.

Pretty close to the freeway, but not too noisy. Room down the hall had a yippy dog barking until a little after 2AM.

Hotel is very good, we have stayed there several times, we have a small dog, and the hotel takes dogs which is good for me, they also have green grass growing around the hotel which is good for the dog. I would highly recommend the hotel if you need to stay in the Richfield area.

Very accommodating with our room location request. We were able to check-in super early and there was a very welcoming feeling and the front desk gals were so sweet. The breakfast options were perfect for family.

The pool was closed due to PH levels. Not the hotels fault but staff offered a later check out so we could swim later.

Nice location close to exit. We loved the breakfast. Happy that there was an egg white egg option. Sweet rolls were delicious. Staff was friendly. Room was very comfortable, clean, quiet and lots of space.

Options in town for dinner were not great. Mostly fast food.

Super friendly staff who listens to special wishes. The lady servicing the breakfast was awesome and can read your wishes from your eyes.

A second toaster during breakfast could lead to more customer satisfaction even though I won the race and was first in the queue :-)

The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were in tip top shape and the staff was super nice.

Bedroom TV didn’t work. Room card had to be reprogrammed twice and I didn’t have it near my phone. Limited parking because of large RVs took up 4 spaces.

Very nice hotel, we had drove quite a few hours from Colorado... glad I made the reservations, looked like one of the nicer hotels in the area and they took dogs, I have a little dog and was very happy they took dogs. I would highly recommend this hotel.
