I liked the Lady who checked at us in at 1pm with a smile..The night frondesks was friendly All the way thru the checkout lady at front desk..

The Breakfast Lady needs a lot of customer service Training the way she treated us like a breakfast police She question me why I took some bananas..Which made me un welcomed..

All staff was very pleasant and helpful our entire 6 days we were there. The accommodations were fantastic as was breakfast every morning. It was so quiet, we didn't hear any noise in the halls which was so relaxing and laundry facilities on-site was super helpful.

I cant think of a single thing that was disappointing.

Very, very nice place to stay! I had initially booked another hotel in the area but it was filthy! I immediately went on Booking and found this hotel and it was just lovely! Very clean, huge room with everything you need. The check in young lady was very, very nice! It was a wonderful stay especially since the first one I checked into was disgusting! Thank you!!

No complaints!

The room as quiet and spacious. Even the 2 queen size beds is a nice option to have, but we don't use but one of them.

Thinking of a more green trend, it would be nice not to see those little plastic samples of body shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. A better idea would be to put dispensers inside the bathtub/shower area that can be refilled. Although it is a nice gesture, all of us need to think of a more green approach.

We stayed on a Wednesday night and liked it so much that we booked a room Saturday for the return trip. All the staff we interacted with were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Clean, quiet, and comfortable room. It will definitely be our regular hotel for trips to St. George.

The left side of the bed was a little close to the register to easily get in that side, but what can you do?

Booking.com shows this room refundable until May 26th, with our reservation being the night of the 29th. We went into our " manage booking" on May 26th at noon to change hotels, and it now showed nonrefundable. Other than that everything was okay.

I loved that the hotel smells clean and it was clean. Floors clean & clean fresh towels and bedding. Everything was great in the room! Looked very well kept

For me I have a dairy allergy- so just would have liked dairy free milk as an option In the breakfast area. And also would have liked to know if the eggs had dairy. I avoided them because I didn’t know

Nice breakfast - waffles, fruit, cereal and cooked breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausage etc) served early 6-9 so ideal if you like to go out hiking while it is cooler. A lovely outdoor pool with towels and a hot tub, friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds, ideal location.

No kitchen sink

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The children’s museum downtown was amazing! A definite must see! And only 10 minutes away from this hotel!

There was no toaster! It’s difficult to eat English muffins or bagels without a toaster! I would’ve liked a little more light in the room, felt so dark.

The room was spacious and beautiful. Mom and I had such a rejuvenating time in relaxation mode and were greeted with beautiful hearts and faces. The staff was very accommodating and lovely to speak to. The breakfast was great!
