Place was great except the pool being closed

The area. Homeless people are all around the facility. Pay the extra fee for parking!!!

Good location and walkable distance to down town. Room was a great size. Really appreciated with the free breakfast that there was stainless steel cutlery and crockery plates etc rather than paper plates and plastic cutlery that we had experienced elsewhere plus they had a recycling station.

Sometimes (and sadly) it was a little uncomfortable walking outside due to the behaviour of some of homeless people outside near the hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - a short walk into the central areas and is opposite a nice park which has a market on Saturdays'. The suite itself was very large, with a sizeable bathroom and had a separate kitchen and living room. The beds were also very comfortable and the room was very quiet. The rooms were also modern and kept very clean throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, although very busy with a lot of people there. The staff were friendly and helpful with giving us directions to places in the city. They also have an underground car park, which you'll have to pay as extra.

As it was so busy in the mornings, they frequently ran out of cutlery and proper plates - we ended up eating off of a paper plate one morning!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff were courteous and very helpful. The location was convenient once we had got the "lay of the land". The cost of using the underground garage was reasonable considering the cost of parking elsewhere in the city and the receptionist was very helpful when a little extra time to remain at the end of my stay was needed. There was a pleasant surprise on the Saturday morning in the form of a robust farmers market in the park across the street, if you're into such things.

The coffee machine only took pods where a conventional coffee machine would be much more useful. Someone who travels like me brings their own coffee! Being on the 4th floor meant that the room wasn't cleaned until later in the afternoon but that's not usually a problem if you don't need to return to your room often. And I did have to turn the toilet paper around, it shouldn't run down the wall!

We stayed in a suite and it was just what we needed for our family of 5. The bedding was very odd--I have never slept under a mattress cover before. It was nice to have a kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom.

The breakfast was not very good. There appeared to be a wide selection of foods, but on closer inspection, there was really nothing there that any of us liked to eat. What could have been a lovely fruit/musli bar had only cottage cheese, pineapple, grapefruit and cold, shelled eggs (!?). There was bread and a toaster, but not much to put on the toast besides jam. The coffee was not drinkable.

Fantastic trip. The hotel was close to the airport. The staff were amazing. Lovely spacious rooms. Bed was super comfortable. Had a mini kitchen. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Special mention to the night porter blain. Lovely gentleman. Well all the staff in fact. We called a few cabs and they were there in minutes. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Tea, coffee and water was on tap. Which is a great bonus. Lovely little pool on the 3rd floor. Was nice to cool off. McDonald's and other food places close by

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are great.

Around the corner and down the street is a lot of riff raff. Dont let that deter you from staying here. We walked our dog a number of times in the park, and although there were some interesting characters, they left us alone. There is also a heavy police presence in the area. The underground parking is fantastic and worth every penny.

Very nice studio and well equipped! We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Location leaves a bit to be be desired: on the far-walking edge of sites to see, with many homeless people within a block (& some out front). We had a car so it was fine to drive to Temple Square, etc. and we lucked out with free street parking all 3 nights.

The suite was great, two separate bedrooms fitted for a 6 person family. The breakfast was yummy and you had options to choose from. Parking is either free across the street or 10$ for underground parking.

The location was a bit scary as there were a lot of homeless people around to one of the sides, the other side was in walking distance from tons of restaurants!!

Location is perfect to visit Salt Lake City, hike around and ski in park city (short drive). Very modern hotel, very confortable, receptionists are great, especially Raymond !

Would have appreciated a more frequent room cleaning. We stayed 7 nights and had only 1 cleaning. Need to ask everyday for supplies you need.
