We loved everything about this place. We were treated with a smile, very friendly people and the service was great. They even left a doggie treat bag at our door, how thoughtful. Breakfast was included, it was fair with plenty of choices. I was surprised at the coffee, I’m very picky and usually don’t drink hotel coffee lol. Having a place to do laundry was very convenient if you have kids. The area outside was nice to relax in the evening. We had an issue with the toilet and within 30 minutes someone was there to fix it with a smile. My iron was leaking and they gave me a replacement right away. I recommend this place. It’s probably time to replace the chairs at the counter but not a big deal. The AC worked very well.

It was further than I would have liked to the beach. The WiFi was weak.

The room was good size, and the amenities were exactly what we needed for our extended stay. The kitchen area was large and fully stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils. They had a great breakfast with an excellent variety of items. The breakfast attendment was phenomenal! She was very personable and attentive...kept the area very clean (sorry, I can't remember her name).

Wasn't impressed with the gentleman who worked evenings, especially at check-in. He was on his phone and seemed annoyed to have to check us in. I had to come back down and ask a question but was more interested in getting his food from the delivery driver than helping. We needed housekeeping a couple of days during our week long stay (to empty garbage and get fresh towels), and I had to ask at least three times over a period of two days before someone came in. The beds in the main room were comfortable, but the sofa sleeper was not. It was okay if you had to spend one night, but I wouldn't recommend a week on it.

Breakfast was good with a wide variety to choose from. Staff were friendly & vety accommodating . Our room had everything we needed . Our family enjoyed the pool very much & the laundry center because we traveled with 2 young children.

I wish the area by the outdoor grills was cleaner . The grill was dirty as was the furniture . We checked it out but didnt use it for that reason. The one evening our adult daughter checked it out there were tons of people using it . I'm guessing it didn't get picked up afterwards.

Staff is nice, easy access to everything, room was clean and comfy

We didn't know we had to use our pass to get back into the hotel when we came back from a concert at 11:45pm. We didn't see a sign and we didn't have to do that a couple of months ago for our last visit. The employee on duty was rude about us using the intercom to page him so we could get back in and he made us feel dumb that we didn't know about it. We were never informed when we had checked into our room. Now we know for next time but I am glad that the hotel has that type of security.

Awesome place to stay! The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The breakfast every morning is absolutely delicious. They have an indoor pool and spa, free laundry services for guests, grills and fire pits. It’s everything and more you could ask for in a place. Not to mention the suite was so nice and relaxing! Definitely planning my next stay for there especially since it is so close to everything!

Loved that they had the breakfast every morning and that they offer free laundry services, a workout room, pool and spa and so much more. Made me feel right at home especially the staff with how helpful and pleasant they all were. Would definitely recommend and already planning my next trip back here to stay. Loved it!

What’s not to like? Great location and great staff!

The breakfast was good overall. The hotel was clean and smelt good for the most part. The staff was super nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that guest was allowed to take their dogs into the pool area. Regardless if your dog is friendly some people just have a fear of them or just don’t like them. The pool area should be off limits to dogs unless a service animal.

i did not like the fact the pool and hot tub was out of order due to renovations being made. that was one of the main reasons i had chose to stay at your hotel, along with its location. that was very disappointing to me to find out one of my main reasons for choosing your establishment was void due to something i was not made aware of. i was also informed by the front desk clerk, i wasn't the only guest who had been unaware of the indoor pool and hot tub closing. it is not listed on the booking site. however, i made due.

I loved the staff the lady at the front desk with glasses I didnt get her name but she has 2 children a boy and a girl. She was so nice and pleasant. The room was clean I loved how house keeping comes and make the bed every day. The breakfast was good as well. I really enjoyed myself. It's crazy because I've stayed at the renaissance and I'm not going back I will definitely book with staybridge

The bath tubs were a little dated

We travel to this location every summer to visit the beach. Noticed some slight changes because of Covid but would still visit next year.

Housekeeping does not take trash or swap out dirty towels daily, we kept running out of clean towels and had to ask for more at the front desk. They complied but were sarcastic first. This was a bit annoying. I realize Covid has probably impacted housekeeping regulations. It would have just been nice to receive the clean towels without the extra comments.
