Room nicely decorated, not as large as the first room they put us in, there was a couch. The second room they put is in had only a chair and we still paid the same price.
In the first room the toilet wouldnt flush, in the second room the shower leaked at the back of the shower head and the divertor valve when pulled up to run shower didn't work properly and we had water spraying out the faucet and the shower head. No plastic bags in the only waste basket in the bathroom.

Most of the hotels we stay at now include free breakfast. While this one didn't, we did eat breakfast there twice and the food was very good for the price charged
It would have been nice if the restaurant area didn't close at 9:30 a.m. and not reopen until dinner time. While you do have a snack area which was pretty well-stocked, it would have been nice to have been able to grab something more substantial between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

I loved the room darkening shades. At other hotels that boost about room darkening shades, but yours really worked. The room was very dark when we slept.
The light over the sink was very dim, made shaving and putting on make up challenging. Also did not like the single light switch in the bathroom that controlled the exhaust and the light. Too loud!

Everything was fine. We were in town for Thanksgiving for one night. I appreciated the early checking. I was able to rest a bit before attending holiday activities. Thank you.
Bed was comfortable. TV worked. I liked the ability to make coffee. Having the microwave and little refrigerator was nice.

Everyone was nice and tried to be very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable.
There is a shortage of staff so no housekeeping unless you request it. Ordered a breakfast sandwich with avocado spread that tasted and looked spoiled.
