How nice I was greeted by mrs.Hope. she welcomed me and my family. The room was clean and large with a bed for my grandson which he enjoyed. It was quiet and very relaxing. Breakfast was great. O my husband put some money up so we would not lose it. But we turned the keys and was on our way home when we realized that we left the money in our room 111. We called the Clarion Inn and told them what we did. We was a half hour away from the Inn before we remembered. So Hope told me she would go get it. And she did. I really appreciate her honesty. Thank you again.

The room was great. The outdoor pool was awesome. The front desk employee HOPE. Was wonderful. Hope wen over and beyond to help my family with a personal issue and she succeeded. Hope should be commended for her excellent customer service. Thank you Hope for an excellent stay at your property 😁

Didn't know the indoor pool was out of service

The breakfast was limited. All I really needed was coffee. My room had a very old carpet, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable. I needed extra towels and shampoo because I have very long hair. They gave me more than enough. The appearance is aged, but the staff and comfort made it a lovely stay. I expected to stay a night. However, it ended up four nights. The atmosphere was safe and comfortable. Very nice surprise!

Needed more shade at the pool.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. We chose a smoking room so our expectations were not especially high, but we were SURPRISED. The room did not have the extreme musty odor we anticipated. Alan(sp?), our check in agent, was fabulous and very accommodating. He made sure I did not get lost, which was a joke between us, He was also able to assist with an emergency need for scissors. That was definitely appreciated and over and above what is expected. We are already planning our next visit very soon.

One of the main reasons we chose this location was the hot tub opportunity. Unfortunately, it was not functional at the time of our stay. The restaurant was also closed for renovations. Both things were understandable and did not have a huge impact on our stay. We are hoping that everything will be "up and running" by the time we return.

The staff was exceptional

The fact that the construction was going on and some of the residents reeked of weed. I am highly allergic to the smell of weed and cigarettes. But I know its not something that can be controlled.

Very convenient location, room was larger than I expected and very clean and comfortable. It had a couch and coffee table in addition to a large comfortable bed and microwave and fridge as well. Plenty of room for storing clothing, Rumi and clean vanity area and very clean bathroom. Had a nice little Courtyard outside of my room that was next to the enclosed pool area. It was a pretty busy property but very quiet at night.

There was only one washcloths and two towels. And there were no towels at the pool. That would be my only gripe. I'm sure I could have gotten more from the office but I was just too tired to put forth any effort. Also the hot tub was cold but that could be because it couldn't be used due to covid restrictions.

The room was super clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable and we ordered in food was delicious and the hot breakfast was delicious! wish we could have stayed longer! But hopefully we will be back!

absolutely nothing everything was amazing

N0 wash clothes I walked around the whole facility looking for rooms and when found 1st one was not cleaned like someone was still in with clothes still on in made up bed so I closed door went back to front desk for a new room was raining my fiance was upset so she walked across parking lot to close by holiday in to stay dry and warm it was a pre valentine's day stay not good

The rooms were clean very clean and I love the indoor pool in the jacuzzi.

They were doing construction there which really it needs it very much but it was right in front of my door the whole time I was there. The noise started at 8:00 a.m. and continued all day to 5:00 a.m. I could barely stay in my room. They ran out of extra blankets and every time I come here it's always hard to get blankets pillows etc. Also people were allowed to bring their boombox I guess that's what you call it and the hotel furniture out and sit out in front of that hotel room and play loud music like they were at home out on that front porch.

Our stay was to be with our brother in hospital,he passed away,weeks left one day earlier than planned.hotel was good but water leaking from toilet making a mess
