Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean. Pillows are very soft. They are pretty tight on towels for the rooms, so understand that they will only give you the amount of your party. The pool area has towels for you but they are small.

The hot tub could've been better. It had a weird smell to it, so when we got into it it didn't smell like chlorine as the pool did. The pool was also on the colder side getting in, but once you get in and your body gets used to the temp, it's actually not bad at all.

I requested an accessible room, but there wasn’t one available. I could not use the shower/tub and there were no bars to help me up from a low toilet. I managed OK but if accessible room not available, I would not stay there again. Last year I did have inaccessible and it was very comfortable. I have like this hotel when I come to Lexington but my health has deteriorated enough that I don’t get along well, unless I have an accessible room.

Very clean, with a nice indoor pool and hot tub. I liked the breakfast with many options. It was delicious.

It was a little difficult to get in the parking lot. From the interstate, it was easy, but coming from the opposite direction made it difficult.

So close to VMI- we stayed here during family weekend. Luckily it’s only about a 1.5 mile walk- bc there are NO Ubers or Lyfts in Lexington 😖

Just a little older and outdated (like most hotels in Lexington) and *very* pricey during family weekend.

location is great .. very clean room .. great breakfast .. very comfortable beds and pillows

didn’t use pool because I felt the room was too hot .. spa was green .. probably just the concrete needed cleaning .. chose this hotel because I wanted to swim.. felt very unsafe.. no posting on daily chlorine levels … felt this was unsafe for me due to having diabetes

I only choose Country Inn no matter where we go. This one we loved the check in young lady. We became fast friends she was natural and being her self very friendly she helped us and was so knowledgeable. So quite and peaceful . I loved the rooms they smell good and clean no orders towels and sheets smelled like heaven

There wasn't one thing I can complain about. This was our second trip to natural bridge and second time stay at country inn. Excellent hotel it never disappoints no dislikes here

Needs updated. Hall carpet is worn, ceiling in room is very dingy needs painted, breakfast is the same every day, Need a change up especially for the ones that stay multiple days.

There was obvious signs of a previous leak in our bathroom ceiling. I hope what I was seeing were water stains and not mold on the tiles. There was also obvious water damage in the reception area near the desk. The highway noise is pretty loud. Of course, there is nothing management can do about that!

The gentleman who checked us in (Monday, Sept 16th in the evening) wins the gold medal. One of the hosts ever.

The TV was analog if I am not mistaken. Poor quality, but I was still able to watch Monday night football.

First off, the lady that we talked to on the front desk was "OUTSTANDING"! Friendly and helpful! #2, the lady that took care of our room, NEAT!! CLEAN!! Friendly! And # 3, the ladies putting the meal out in the morning, Helpful!, Clean! and just plain old KIND!! We also like that we did not have to sleep in a room that dogs and cats have also used! We come back to Lexington every four to six weeks for a day or two. We will now be staying here from now on.
