Everything was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, there was a coffee maker and a fridge. They also accepted my dog ​​for a $50 fee. For me, the fact that they accept my dog ​​is great. Breakfast was included and very good. The employees were very attentive and friendly.

The TV would not turn on and although the front desk employee tried to help me, he did not have new batteries to replace them. He gave me another universal remote, but it still did not turn on the TV. This was the only thing I did not like. Everything else was excellent.

Breakfast afforded many options. Kitchen staff was nice and helpful. My room was large and clean. Lobby is spacious and clean, and nothing smelled like cigarette smoke (always a plus).

My God! The curtains couldn't be closed!! It made me very uncomfortable! I moved the floor lamp and draped a strip of cloth from the bed over it to provide some little screening. Oh, yes, also the toilet paper isn't of nice quality.

I needed more privatey for me and husband in your king suite like a private door to be more frank about it this the only things and to have a small carpet or rug in the bathroom for when you come out of the shower you dont slip and fall inside of the bathroom hurting yourself

The hotel was very convenient to where we wanted to be. It was comfortable.

Our TV was broken, couldn't be fixed. They offered to give us another room but we liked our location and didn't want the hassle of packing up and moving. We were given money off the bill.

Rooms are spacious; location is close to the highway but still in a quiet neighborhood.

The smell from the exhaust coming from the ice machine on the common area close to the elevator is “suffocating”.

The hot tub was hot and the pool was clean and refreshing. The room was spacious and tastefully appointed but the beds were too soft an# not supportive. The self serve breakfast was clean and well stocked. Very nice overall.

The mattresses were worn and had little back support. The pool didn't seem to be heated.

The breakfast was wonderful. Eggs, bacon, waffles, muffins, toast, bagels, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, anything you would want. The hotel looked pretty full from the looks of the parking lot so we timed it well and didn't have a crowd to deal with.

the tile in the bathtub had a large crack that didn't look very clean. There wasn't anyone at the front desk when I dropped our keys in the box so I didn't mention it to anyone.

The breakfast was close to excellent, with a variety of offerings, including hot and grab and go items.The location was great; pretty central. I really appreciated how room service did not call excessively early, but rather stopped by at a reasonable time, to see if anything was needed. The fitness center was perfect; just what was needed.

I really enjoyed my stay my room was awesome very comfortable love the size of the television the other cleanliness I was only one thing I didn't like I didn't like the pets but other than that it was a very nice room I enjoyed it very much would come again and also I would recommend it to my family

The only thing I didn't like is that I did not know that pets were allowed but other than that it was a great stay the mama dad man

It was a nice breakfast. You had your eggs, waffles, sausage. You could have cereal or fruit if you wanted. You have several choices of juice if you desired. Never have any issues with breakfast here.

The only issue I had was the fact I was going to get some cranberry juice and it must have been out because it was mostly water. But it wasn't that big of a deal. I told the employee so they knew so it could be fixed.
