Checkin was easy. The guy was very friendly. The rooms were decent and I love the fact it is a smoking hotel and you can bring your pets. Beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect because your within range of all the food places and bush gardens isn't that far of a drive. We are planning on returning next month before the kids go back to school and we will be using this hotel.

The cardio room was closed and It needs a massive deep cleaning inside and out. I think with a deep cleaning and fresh paint job it can be a really nice and decent hotel like in it's glory days. Maybe add a hottub or sauna.

Bed was outstanding providing a comfortable restful night. Wifi was also very good so I could work. Other amenities such as TV channels, coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave was excellent.

Carpet was very duty and damp. So much so my bare feet had black something on them from walking only in the room, so I had to wear shoes. This would also track into the tile bathroom. But this was the only problem during the stay.

The beds are filled with pillows and a comfortable blanket. It's like you melt right into the beds! The shower was great with adjustable shower head great water pressure and PLENTY of hot water. You have an overabundance of towels and you don't find that in places that are priced so low. Overall, I love the Mulberry Inn and that's why I keep coming back!!! Keep up the great work!

I'm highly allergic to dust and there was a bit of dust in the room. Also, you have to go next door to another hotel to get ice and that's a little inconvenient considering how large the property is.

The staff was very kind and courteous. I stayed so often they eventually knew my name by heart and greete me every morning/day as a friendly neighbor. They were professional and also very patient when I had an issue with payment and experienced a delay in covering the cost of the room; they were more than understanding and willing to work with me. The rooms themselves were spacious and the beds were comfortable, especially the comforters/blankets and pillows, they were nice and plush and cozy unlike other hotels who have thin pillows and stiff/scratchy blankets.

The only things that I did not like was the amount of garbage that was in the trash cans, but they froze an amount on my card. The receptionist charged me twice the amount when we came from Ohio and we had that money. they gave me the money but one night that was very good

Clean room ,newly re-done. Great price for a last minute add on to our trip so we could visit Colonial Williamsburg.

Had to ask for clean Linens Housekeeping did not clean our room when we went out .

it was very Quiet and no people running in and out and door slamming all night and people loud in the hallway and people smoking in the hallway

the housekeeping can do a better job with cleaning the tub and shower with better cleaning supplies that is more better then what they is using on the tub

I was worried based off the pricing that this property was probably dirty and unpleasant. However, I was most satisfied with my experience. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Normally hotel beds are damp and sticky and this was not the case for Mulberry Inn and Plaza.

My only complaint is probably the coffee machine in my room was dirty and hadn’t been properly cleaned inside of it for some time. Otherwise I have no complaints.

The rooms were very clean , but small. When you opened the pull out couch there was no room to get around to get out the door unless you crawled over the "bed". The parking was tight, but manageable. The staff was great and I was really impressed that there was a security person walking the perimeter at night.

Everything was really great for the price we paid everyone was really friendly and helpful and it was just an overall amazing experience for an affordable budget
