Staff including general manager was exceptional. Kind and fun. Staff was visibly available at all times . We had an issue because of someone’s smoking on our floor and they are a non smoking hotel. Manager went IMMEDIATELY to handle it. Also told us we would get a little credit because of the issue . So kind. VERY clean. LOVE the Dove items available. The blinds … you won’t even know it’s day light . It was amazing. Ice and laundry available on all floors. Elevator was clean also

Friendly and welcoming staff, large, comfortable room, motorized window shade (kept room private and dark), great lighting behind headboards, great long bench for luggage, nice size refrigerator, built-in shelves in bathroom, lots of counter space, built-in dispensers of Dove products on sink and in shower.

Other guests speaking loudly in hallway and rooms, other guests' playing loud music and running in hallway, doors slamming shut after 10 pm.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was very good. Very friendly environment too stay. My child felt very comfortable and did not want to leave. The pool area was very clean also.!

I was very frustrated when my room keys deactivated 3 times always at night and no apology to my obvious frustration. All other staff were great!

Clean, except outside left of building. Tires, trash, shopping carts . Was not a nice sight on first stepping out of car.

Need bacon and sausage daily on breakfast bar.Not just one, one day and one the next.Breakfast attendant needs to speak to all, that spoke to her.

The hotel was in a great location with lots of stores the staff was amazing the room was very comfortable i really enjoyed my stay.

My damn card being charged twice. Your site gave the option to choose to pay at site or pre-pay and I chose pay at site. They charged my damn card before I arrived then when I arrived they claimed it wasn’t a charge it was a hold for the room - that’s CRAP. I know what a damn charge is. Then they said I had to pay another hold plus a $25 incidental and once I check out my funds would be released. Well let me say this don’t publish something that’s not true, it’s misleading and very UNPROFESSIONAL. This is the Holiday Inn Express, not the Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Ritz, The 4 Season, or The MGM, there’s NO DAMN LOGICAL REASON for all the pre-charges unless I’m being PROFILED. This is most definitely MISLEADING and UNPROFESSIONAL…

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful with all information and/or requests.
