The room set up, location was the best:)

There was several things in the room that needed to get fixed. The whirlpool didn’t work by pushing the knob, you had to take knob off to push button to get it to work. The utensil drawer was off track or broke so when you opened the drawer out it would fall down. Coffee maker lid was broke so when you would pour coffee lid would pop off. Some of the dishes were chipped and the dishwasher should have instructions on it on how to use for this who may never had used one before. Light in bathroom in ceiling looked like it was coming down and we didn’t have a hair dryer in any of the drawers. Just letting them know so maybe they can try to get those things fixed :)

Our room was very nice and clean. Beautiful ocean view with our spacious balcony. I loved the one bedroom suite we booked. The kitchen was up to date with appliances and had everything we could need. Nice big tvs. We did have issues with Netflix and Hulu app on the bedroom tv but the living room tv worked great for those streaming services. We were able to watch live tv in the bedroom. All staff employees that we came in contact with were very sweet and attentive. Overall great location.

At times there were long waits for the elevator to come down. Other than that, it was great experience.

Able to see the ocean view from my balcony and see the big ships go by and the fish jump out the water early in the morning.

Well I paid $35.00 extra to get my room cleaned I had to empty my own trash and according to the pictures I seen on the website didn't mention that you can cook in the room I spent a lot of money on food also m wife is allergic to dust and there were dust balls in the corners of the room but I cleaned it up and everything was fine. Also I'm a veteran of the army and didn't offer no military discount but it's alright. I will be back hopefully soon like August sometime.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Sands Resort. I really appreciate that they granted our request for connecting rooms, which were perfect for our group and gave us the ideal mix of space and convenience. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool—especially since it stayed open until 11 PM, giving us plenty of time to unwind. One of the highlights was definitely the in-room kitchen; being able to cook our own meals added such a nice, homey touch to the trip. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and we were lucky enough to spot several dolphins during our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience that we’d happily repeat!

The entire property was very clean.

The room seemed due for a renovation. All the lamps were very worn and leaned . The bathroom counter was broken in 2 pieces, the kitchen faucet leaked when turned on.

All rooms ocean front

I am an owner…the unit I stayed in for this trip was very nice. So much nicer than the unit I own on week 33. It is a small unit and has a ceiling fan. My unit for Week 33 is bigger , the front room gets very hot yet there is no ceiling fan, no pictures on the walls and the couch is worn and very uncomfortable to sleep on , you can feel the metal bar. It seems to me that ocean sands maintains the rooms they rent out much better then they do the units that their owners use. That part was very disappointing

The view of the beach was amazing! The room was just ok. The hotel was within walking distance to great places to eat and play.

This was a time share facility. We were unaware of that. The staff was only concerned with the next sale. They were not informative or helpful. Towels, pillows, and coffee were stacked in our room in plastic bags. Interesting as we have never experienced that before. We came home from a beach adventure with our door wide open. Luckily nothing was missing from our room. I went down to the lobby / office to let them know. I was greeted with, "What do you want?" in a gravelly rough voice from the blonde woman sitting there. I told her what happened and she replied, "I don't have time to help you! I have all of these other people to see to!" Her and the staff of two with her were "seeing to" approximately 3 people. Not a crowd by any means.

I really like the location. We were very comfortable with the room size. We did stay 2 years ago and our room was bigger. I choose this location because of the pool and Jacuzzi and sauna. And the parking was free. I don't like paying for parking. Johnny M's bar was nice. We will stay at Ocean Sands Resort next year.

Our room could have used some updated cook wear. And the luggage carts need to be replaced. Just my opinion.

the location on the beach is basically smack dab in the middle of the strip so that's great and the interstate is right there. the pool was great, hot tub right beside it. with a sauna in the same area. pretty good amenities. I love hotels at the beach where the bed is by the ocean front balcony to leave it open the whole time and get the fresh air and ocean sounds all day and night which half there suites have so we'll worth it in that regards. main reason we tried this hotel. have been to 6 down at the beach so far and I'd rank this number 2 out of the 6 so pretty good

they don't provide enough blankets. we could of got more. but I just think they should have 2 more in each room for ease.
