I liked that it was freshly updated (tap entry, not dumb as ef ancient Neanderthal swipe, fresh paint, good ambiance). Lobby had some free stuff not expected in a 2 star hotel (free water, some snacks). Owner/manager was really willing and interested in improving customer service. Willing to listen to customer ideas. GENUINELY interested in customer satisfaction. It also had toothbrush/toothpaste in the room which was unexpected. Nice touch.

T.V. sat too low (I had to move microwaive and put TV on top of it), some channels were old letterbox (not 16 X 9). Other than those minor things, we really loved our stay. The place just had a nice feel to it. Good vibe. This, I believe, emanates from the owner/manager really caring about the customer experience.

The massager of the Inn went out of his way to make us feel very welcome and comfortable. He spoiled us with a treat in our room upon our arrival of cold drinks and chocolates. The room was beautiful, and the amenities were awesome. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was quiet. We will definitely book with this Inn again when traveling through to Washington.

The price was a little more than we are used to paying for this type of room, but the remodel was very nice there.

Very friendly front desk and staff, the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is everything we could need. The price is appropriate, nothing fancy. They have tourist information, complimentary cookies, fruit, and bottled water in the lobby. The rooms are equipped with tv with a lot of channels, fridge, microwave, toiletries, including toothbrush and toothpaste! There is also Wifi, drink machines, and secure parking.

No complaints.

Property is under new ownership and the new guys are delightful. We talked to them a bit and they are investing in remodel and upgrades. It was EXTREMELY clean (I love the smell of disinfectant when I enter a hotel room). Ordinary furnishings but nice mattresses even the artwork was tasteful. I wish we had skipped the camping and just stayed here for our Mt St Helen’s excursion. Highly recommend!

No breakfast that I recall. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Mt St Helens visitor center close by. Very clean, remodeled large rooms. 2 queen beds and a dining table with chairs, new AC unit. windows open when I wanted some fresh air. small fridge and microwave. Overall, a comfortable room with the necessities.

would be more convenient to have an outlet near the nightstand for phone/computer charging. They allowed me to have a late check out which I sincerely appreciate, but they kept waking me up bc not all the staff were informed. Better communication would be appreciated.

A hotel had recently invested in new mattresses and new bedding. This was an excellent choice, and made everything very comfortable. Some of the end room furniture was quite dated and needs to be replaced, but the new mattresses made everything. Excellent!

Limited breakfast restaurant options. But this was not a big deal. The room is a little dated, but they have made it very clean and nice.

The hotel was close to the State park we were looking to explore and was priced quite well. It was comfortable with the staff being very concerned about our comfort and ensuring all our needs were met.

I had nothing to complain about this hotel as it met all our expectations for the price we paid.

I love staying here . Always clean comfortable. Very nice when checking in helpful. Room is wonderful. I stayed in jacuzzi room and the bed was the nicest I've ever slept in. So comfy. Everything clean and tidy. Pqrking is easy. Very quiet didn't hear a peep once door was closed

We loved the location. Just off the main highway and at the bottom of Mount St. Helen's. Walking distance to great food and driving distance to some awesome breweries.

The only complaint I had is the beds were a bit uncomfy and we trouble with our electronic keyboard. We had to return to the office 3 times to get it fixed. The staff were super kind and apologetic about it and attentive to fix it every time right away.

I liked the hotel, it was clean, the staff was friendly and it seems like the parking lot was recently done which was nice. The room was a good size and clean.

The bathroom was very small, no fault of you but I was in there and sustained a big goose egg on my eyebrow trying to maneuver in the bathroom around the door and picking up a towel. It is a very small bathroom.
