Although this lodging is not new, our room was clean with new floors, the beds were a dream, a coffee maker and blowdryer were available, the breakfast was very good with adequate protein options, and the river view out the patio window was consistent with the pictures online. The lodging only has 27 units; however, every room has a patio door view of the river with many evergreen trees around--felt very "Alpine." It was very peaceful. I loved hearing the river going by during our breakfast that had optional outdoor seating. It's not fancy, but it is very nice. It's off the beaten path of downtown Leavenworth, yet only an easy 10-minute walk from town. We never took our car anywhere so we did not need to worry about parking downtown.

My only criticism was the cheap quality of the soaps and other toiletries. It felt "Motel 6" style, so I was glad I had taken my own higher quality products that do not dry out my hair or skin. This is minor, however, compared to the big picture.

Being away from the craziness of front street made it so I felt like I could actually wind down. And I lovvvvved being able to make my own fresh waffles each morning. And the view? Omg that was the best.

Our room was missing a pillow and we asked multiple times for another one but never got it. We also ran out of toilet paper and towels and asked to have those replaced but only received a roll of toilet paper once.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the river below. It was beautiful, especially at night. It was very relaxing. It was any easy walk to the town center, less than 10 minutes. Hot breakfast is provided in the small dining area. The food was standard fare, nice variety.

The decor (carpet, curtains, countertops, mirror) were clean but old. While it was clean and comfy, some might be out off by the out dated look. Even a freshening up would really help. There is a gap in the carpeting and the floor is uneven at the top of the stairs that is a real trip hazard. When reading reviews on this place, I noticed several reviewers voiced concern over this same safety hazard. The management seemed responsive and advised they would have this looked at. I was surprised to find the hazard is still there. That’s just not cool. I touched one of the dining room tables and it was super sticky. It appeared to be clean. Maybe it was just a sticky finish? But… gross. We are our food in our room.

Lots of space in the room, the bathroom was spacious also and had good amenities. Lovely view out of the sliding glass doors. The kitchen was a very nice surprise. The nice receptionist gave us a good tip about the taxi service so my husband and I could celebrate our Anniversary without worrying about him having a couple of beers and driving.

I think the carpet may need replacing soon. I also thought I had notified the hotel that stairs were a problem for me (I am on an Oxygen machine). So having a downstairs room was more difficult. Next time we book I will call and speak to the staff to verify our room placement.

The room had a stunning view, which made my mornings even more enjoyable. The amenities in the room were excellent, including a fridge, microwave, and other conveniences that made my stay comfortable and convenient. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

We added another day at the last minute and the staff made sure we could stay in the same room. They were also very helpful when we needed more towels or anything else. The breakfast was good with a decent variety. I loved the endless supply of KCups. The room was nice and the view was amazing. We enjoyed sitting outside and looking out at the river. It was a nice short walk to the shops and restaurants.

We were on the middle floor and the people upstairs were walking around all night. It didn't bother me much but it might be a problem for some.

My favorite part was the balcony with a view of the river. The bedding seemed clean and comfortable, it was quiet for sleeping, and the front desk staff were positive.

The mini refrigerator didn't have a little freezer section and there wasn't a sink outside the bathroom which places I've stayed typically have. It seemed like it wouldn't be the best walking route into downtown so I still had to drive/park.

Truly enjoyed staying at this hotel off the beaten path so to speak. It wasn't what I expected at first but it turned out to be a true gem. The beautiful view of the river was so nice to take in all day long. The pool was small but did the job and it was so nice and quiet in the rooms. Everyone was so friendly. Guests and staff. Not like the big hotels. Beds were cozy and we had what we needed. Would definitely go back.

Could have used a few more breakfast options like pancakes or waffles and better toiletries.

Amazing! It was my daughter's 16th birthday & she had always wanted to go to Leavenworth. The room was clean, and well stocked. The staff was courteous, and informed (on the town & where things were). We had a riverview room, and the complimentary breakfast had something for everyone.

It was a little expensive, but it's a tourist hotspot, so it wasn't anything we didn't expect.

My room was comfortable and very clean with nice plush towels. The Keurig coffee machine made good coffee, the lighted makeup mirror was a nice touch. Best of all was the balcony overlooking the river which was the perfect spot to drink my morning coffee and provided a cooling breeze in the evening and "white noise" to disguise any sound from Hwy 2 (which was barely visible through the trees.)

The mini-fridge was great but I wished it might have had a freezer compartment to re-freeze my ice packs. But that's just a minor point.
