Honest Review! When I first pulled in I was a little nervous about how the hotel would be. A very kind Indian family bought out the hotel a year and a half ago. THEY ARE ALL THE KINDEST PEOPLE. They are remodeling the hotel and the rooms were actually very cute and comfortable! I traveled there for work my room had a whole other room for a bathroom and shower, my coworkers room had 3 beds and a FULL kitchen. Stove oven microwave full size fridge and freezer the works!! It honestly felt like a studio apartment. The kindness of the family blew me away! We didn’t check in until pretty late (11 pm) since we worked before we checked in. When we got there the check in process was super simple and quick and they upgraded our rooms for free! When we checked out his wife made us hot chai tea and some hand made pastries and packed it for us for the road ☺️ what a kind gesture. I honestly have no complaints what so ever and highly recommend to anyone traveling to or through Moses Lake!

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel one extremely clean and everything felt very clean/new. The beds and pillows were also extremely comfortable - I usually sleep poorly in hotel rooms, and this time I got two nights of very good sleep. There are also little touches of design that make the rooms more comfortable - like a little corner table in the entrance hallway for putting down small items, two kinds of blinds (blackout and privacy) for different levels of light, a charging station for different electronics under the TV, and a large counter space in the bathroom for those bulky travel kits.

There is really nothing I can fault them for. This was a pleasant surprise, at a very reasonable price.

I recently stayed at this newly remodeled hotel, and it was a delightful experience. Originally a classic Plaza-style property, it has been beautifully refurbished and is now better than ever. The bathroom features brand new tiles, and the room includes convenient touches like a small refrigerator. The door opens directly to the parking lot, but there’s a charming outdoor area with a swing chair and a table for four—perfect for a relaxing picnic. What made my stay even more special was the owner and his family coming out to greet me. The owner offered me chai tea, and as we enjoyed our drinks, he shared the inspiring story of his recent acquisition of the property and the hard work that went into refurbishing it. It was a pleasure to be part of this American dream. Highly recommended!

The room and property exceeded my expectations. The only thing I can think of as an improvement is the mattress in my room is nearing the end of its life. However, one always misses the comfort of their own bed at home.

I’ve stayed here many times, working out of town. it’s always nice to find a diamond in the ruff. They have great rates with Evan better weekly rates. All the rooms I’ve stayed in are newly remodeled, clean, very Secure easy parking. Owners are so friendly and happy to help. Very refreshing compared to the big corporate hotels. Hotel is in downtown near food, stores, Evan bowling A mile away! I for one will be staying here again.

Only thing I can think of is I start work early, coffee is served at 7am. Then David the owner out a coffee pot in the room for me, so I can’t find anything negative.

Lovely, welcoming staff! Exceptional cleanliness and quaint rooms. wonderful little hotel, incredibly clean and felt like home. clean bathroom, no hair in the sinks or shower, the sheets and linens all smelt really clean and fresh. incredible staff, very very accommodating and will be staying there again when I’m in Moses lake

pool wasn’t open which kinda bummed us out but not that big of a deal

David and his family have the best in customer service. They care about the quality of your stay and personally make sure that you are comfortable and taken care of. I'm a Union Carpenter and will not settle for anything else in Moses Lake. They give good deals to those who stay here weekly and make a living working hard. David offers a very good and properly clean service, in freshly remodeled rooms that is easy on the wallet and hard to beat anywhere. I have stayed in many different hotels and motels, Sage N Sand takes the win in my opinion.

There isn't anything to complain about.

This motel was super nice. The property was attractive and really well maintained. It is family owned and the mom and daughter checked me in. They were friendly and welcoming. The room was way nicer than what you usually find in motels. Neat and clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. As a woman who travels alone frequently, it's always nice to find a place where you feel safe. David, the owner, did my checkout. Very nice man. I drive across Washington State to visit family several times a year and I will stay here from now on.

David the owner and his wife recently purchased the property. They both run the operations including cleaning and prepping rooms for their guests. The property has been brought back to life and has new renovations done by David and his wife. They made me feel welcome and even took time the morning I checked out to have a conversation with me and told me his family's story. I will definitely be booking with them next time I'm in Moses Lake to help support their business. You should consider supporting them with a stay as well.

· The staff was beyond exceptional. They were so helpful. The cost was comparable to anything else around, but they far exceeded any other hotel in the area. Every inch of the hotel was clean. I would stay here again, and highly recommend this hotel.
