Staff were all nice and very helpful. Lobby, our room, and the pool area were all nice and clean. The heated pool was wonderful. The included breakfast was good, several hot and cold options. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Really, the ONLY downside was the noise at night. This is partly due to the proximity of a hospital, so you will hear sirens at times. Also, our room happened to be directly above the main entrance. It took us awhile to figure out the periodic rumbling we heard was the sound of the main doors opening and closing. Also, we were very near the elevators, which was convenient, but also could get noisy. Other rooms may not be quite as problematic.

The person who checked us in was very nice. I liked it on the 2nd floor because it's convenient for accessing the back parking lot and close to the water machine. The breakfast space is large, and we enjoyed having our dinner in that space. I'm grateful parking is free and they have a laundry facility. Enjoyed the large chair in the roo..

My husband didn't like it too much because it was close to the elevator, but overall, we still enjoyed the room.

So clean and comfortable. The King Studio is such a good room for multiple nights. Location was perfect for our needs.

The pet area was only dirt and plants. Not having any grass or turf was a challenge for our dog. And the pet areas are right under the windows of rooms so that felt weird. Hoping with the new remodel they will add a nice pet area. A few shady characters crossing through the property late at night wasn’t great.

The staff are very customer-focused and friendly. We have relatives nearby and have stayed here before since the hotel is also centrally located and convenient. They provide travel bags for early airport travel. It is close to the regional hospital also.

The snacks were priced high compared to the local stores. They are undergoing construction but noise was kept to a minimum.

Immaculate facility, I loved the sausage served with breakfast, had to ask the brand. Pool hours 6 AM for early risers. My room was close to the hot tub as I requested. Very impressed. I will stay again when visiting family in the area.

No one thing could have made it any more pleasant.

Room was excellent, air conditioner worked perfect, bathroom was very clean and no water damage by shower. The breakfast was fully stocked and HOT. Coffee was kept full and all the tables were cleaned between patrons. Overall excellent experience.

My wife ate breakfast and she was very complimentary of the quality and convenience. In general, everything met or exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, especially Justin (4/15 pm & 4/16 pm) who was genuinely friendly and had good and helpful advice in response to questions we asked him.

The only thing that was difficult was entering off Merridian when approaching from the west with eastbound traffic and obstacles preventing a left turn into the inn. We had to drive east to where we could make a left/u-turn to approach and enter the inn driveway from the east. It would have helped to know this in advance.

Cleanliness of the breakfast area is always our concern. Tee did an outstanding job of keeping the area clean, the food well stocked and the cooked items hot. She was constantly checking all areas to keep them neat and clean.

Parking could be difficult at times.

How spacious the room was and that I could bring my pets and still stay in a nice place. Also it was 4th of July and we didn't have to worry about the noise because there was very little.

The only thing I didnt like was the view in my room was horrible because it looked like trash because of the sheetrock and construction going on.

The staff is great, and very helpful with any needs or wants. The pool and jacuzzi are very clean and a wonderful way to relax. The rooms are very comfortable and there free breakfast is more of a buffet, with so much delicious food! I give this place 5 🌟

The price was a little high, but well worth it.
