Great location with easy freeway access, 4min drive from a great park for the kids and the property had plenty of parking. Breakfast was great with eggs, bacon or ham, breakfast potatoes, self serve/make yourself waffles, fruit, yogurt, variety of breakfast breads/bagels, cereals, justices, milk, etc…) Kids enjoyed the pool! Room was clean/comfortable. I especially liked the large bottles of liquid handsoap and lotion that was attached to the wall in the bathroom, convenient and less wasteful vs the tiny little bottles I usually see. Same for shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was in the shower. I really liked the daily text message from the staff to touch base on how things were going, it was a great opportunity to catch/correct any potential issues. We will be back when we visit the area again! Very good value when you consider free parking and a full breakfast.

We chose this hotel because it seemed to be a quiet location and it really was surprisingly quiet. We had a King Studio (an upgrade because it was our anniversary) that was very spacious, modern and clean. It is within walking distance to Kohls and Target.

We were on the third floor in the furthest wing. We also parked near that wing but it was SO hard to get down to the closest outgoing door because we could not find an elevator. It was just easier to go up and down the stairs.....sort of. We are in our 60's. We also noticed a small bag of trash by that door as we went in and out. We assumed it would get picked up by staff. It did not get picked up and we stayed until check out the next day. We thought that odd for such a nice hotel.

Excellent location in Redmond, good coffee and a nice spread of options for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for an early check-in ~12pm, and was able to get exactly what I asked for and much more! My spouse and I stayed here with our 2 dogs for 2 nights while moving from one place to another in Redmond. We were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable and large the room and beds were, the bathroom is excellent, etc.

I wish there were more options to come and go for pets, but otherwise its hard to find something to complain about - it's a particularly clean and friendly hotel

The hotel was very spacious and clean! The breakfast offered both hot n cold items that were satisfying. Our room was huge and I loved the set up with the table in the center separating the sitting area and the bed. The washroom had a great modern layout too. It was really nice and close to a shopping area.

We were on the first floor and the people above had kids that were running around until past midnight so it was a bit annoying. The shower head also sprayed water in all directions so it was a bit challenging but I just laughed it off because you couldn't control it. Maybe the head needs a cleaning due to hard water buildup.

Very nice hotel!! My stay here for my birthday weekend in April 2023 was super relaxing, clean, & cozy! We stayed in the Executive King Room & it was very clean & modern. Super cozy, had plenty of outlets and seating. Has a desk/vanity with a mirror and chair. Has a mini fridge and some drawers to put clothes in. Small coat closet when walking in. Perfect for luggage. Big bathroom and plenty of space. Just wish there was more holders in the shower for shampoo & conditioners. Check in was at 3pm for us. 7-10 breakfast 6-12 Gym 8-10 pool & hot tub The halls were clean and not dirty. Good lighting. Breakfast area was super nice and plenty of room. Very yummy, lots of options. (waffles, toast, cereal, eggs, biscuits, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, etc.) The pool & hot tub was very relaxing. Clean. Lots of room to lounge out. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. Felt very safe. The only down to this trip was the noise. Couldn't sleep in as the guests & workers were very loud doing house keeping and the doors keep opening and shutting very loudly next to us. But, Overall would stay here again 1000%!!

Spacious clean room. Equipped as described at booking.com Totally met our expectations Very pleasant common area where breakfast is served in the mornings. At all other times it is mice place to relax. Complimentary water, tea and coffee are available round the clock Pool and gym looked nice and tidy. Unfortunately, did not have time enjoy them. Oh yes. Very friendly and helpful people at the reception

The windows in the room are made the way they could not be opened, by design. Beds are too soft. However, this is a matter of a personal preference

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee and tea available 24/7 is always nice. Having a fridge in room came in handy.

Seating at breakfast was fairly limited. We had to sit at the large table with others but not a big deal. Coffee/tea guy in the morning was not the friendliest. Only a comforter was on the bed and the room was much too warm for a thick comforter even with the temperature adjusted. Maybe it was just me but the lighting in the room seemed to be cool not warm so it just changes the feeling in there.

This is my second time staying here and I love the location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was trying to be helpful.

My check in was a nightmare for some reason. I booked two queens and they gave me a king. The clerk, who was very nice, was having a tough time managing the booking. I’m not sure if it’s Booking.com or the hotel’s system. She told me that I had a special request for a king. Nope! We went back downstairs to change to our correct booking only to be assigned to a room that had people staying in it. That was embarrassing! The third time worked but it took us almost an hour to check in. The hallways were littered with trash. Is this the new trend? Put out all your garbage such as food containers and full grocery bags in to w hallway. Very uncouth! This might be a people issue and not a hotel issue.

The breakfast was good, generally there was a fair selection of food. The hot food was hot and the cold food was cold.

The fruit juices seemed to be watered down. I know that you get a full room cleaning on your 4th of 5th day of a 6 day stay. We got all the towels and things that we needed; but we never did get our sheets changed even after a specific request.

Great breakfast. A large variety to select from. No packaged items, fresh fruit, hat food.

Booking.com didn't forward our reservation. Hotel rep finally tracked it down. After calling booking.com, supplying our confirmation # 6+ times,being disconnected, calling back again and talking to someone, we had them stay on line and speak with hotel rep directly. 30+ mins later (5 hr drive and after missed granddaughter's appearance) Never use booking.com
