We wanted rooms together and we got adjoining rooms, our grand kids were thrilled. That, the pool, the breakfast options and awesome location made this a wonderful visit and a reason we may return.

The conditioner bottle provided in the tub was empty. I had to get some from my daughters room. There was an opened sweet & low packet left on the floor from the previous visitors. The floor had not been thoroughly vacuumed and my grandkids feet were filthy after their baths and then walking in the carpet.

Breakfast was wonderful! Really liked the Applebee’s next-door for convenience. Short drive to the Greenbrier resort which we visited & toured. And enjoyed having the handicap access room, very spacious. Thanks for everything

The hot tub was not operational, but no big deal. We’ll enjoy the next time.

Breakfast was pretty good, they had really convenient to go bags. The staff seemed friendly. Location is right next to Walmart, a gas station, and a few restaurants. Area seemed really nice. The pool was nice and quiet.

The battery in the smoke alarm waking me up at 5/6am. Hot tub was out of service the entire stay and pool was too for a night as well.

Everything was fine. Room was very spacious. Location was great. Near may places to eat and a big box store if you needed to get anything.

Shower head was weird the spray was so wide hard to rinse off. That just being nick picking but my only thing I didn’t like

Hotel was incredibly clean. Never ran out of towels, which is always a plus. Breakfast was actually quite good, with a huge selection, and the staff assisting during breakfast were so kind and helpful!

Our room key cards quit working 2-3 times during our stay, so we kept getting locked out and having to go to the front desk for new cards. No fan/vent in bathroom so a hot shower made the entire bathroom and room humid and sticky for a while.

The breakfast was above and beyond your regular continental breakfast. Lots.if choices to choose from like omelettes bacon sausage pancakes oatmeal. Delicious.

The pool was not heated and the hot tub was closed the entire stay.

The entire facility was clean and fresh, the breakfast was great, you could eat in, or take to go. I was very comfortable during my stay. I also was offered to pick my level of interaction and refresh during my stay, which I appreciated very much.

That the Spa and pool was close for repairs. There should be a discount on the room rate. When I booked I thought I could have gone for a swim ppl

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the sheets nice and soft.

The breakfast choices were not very appealing. I finally just opted for a small bowl of oatmeal which was pretty good. Did not like their coffee.
